I had Stuart for my Indoor Cycling Qualification and I loved it. Sometiens a long day of a learning can feel draining but he was so good at bringing us all together and making it fun and engaging, would highly recommend!!

Just have to persevere
I am currently paying a few thousand pounds for my PT qualification so there a few things that have been disappointing including the communication and customer service.
You are required to bring a mock client for assessments and for my upcoming Level 3 my client had a recent accident and required surgery therefore could no longer attend my assessment. My replacement also became unavailable. I was only two days outside the 31-day cancellation period so simply asked whether any discretion could be shown in terms of the cancellation fee, I also offered to provide the hospital note.
I was met with an abrupt response, repeatedly told “this is policy”, and even told that “if I was a real PT I’d have to recruit other clients”, which I found patronising and unnecessary.
I was told this request would be escalated, I also followed up in writing but am still waiting for a response. There seems to be no hesitation when it comes to enforcing charges and fees for cancellation even in extenuating circumstances.
It’s also worth noting that after all in-person workshops/assessments I’ve attended, learners are encouraged on the day to write Trustpilot reviews before leaving. Those sessions have generally been useful, but they represent only a very small part of the overall course, which is largely click-through online content. The in-person elements can also be difficult to arrange and reschedule so I don’t feel all reviews necessarily reflect the full learner experience.
The practical teaching has been good, but the administration, communication and lack of flexibility has let the course down for me

Reformer Pilates Weekend 1 Workshops

It was a jam packed weekend of going through each exercise, practicing teaching and preparing us for our assessment and portfolio.
