Reformer Pilates Weekend 1 Workshops
I attended my first reformer Pilates weekend workshop in London with Tracy Briggs. It was a jam packed weekend of going through each exercise, practicing teaching and preparing us for our assessment and portfolio. Tracy was so kind and supportive throughout the weekend, answering all of our questions and offering her expert knowledge.

Isobelle - mat Pilates workshop 1
Isobelle was a great teacher for the level 3 mat Pilates workshop 1, she made sure everyone felt comfortable and prepared before practising teaching a main phase exercise and gave good constructive feedback so we’d be prepared for our practical assessment. Excellent service from Matteo
Thank you Matteo for being so supprotive and patient whilst I decided to onboard on another course with Future Fit. I am currently finishing my Level 5 coaching and mentoring and I have decided to embark on the Level 3 personal training course. Positive experience
I had my gym instructor work shop in Leicester, we had Hannah T and she couldn't of done more to support all of us, and really helped me feel more comfortable and confident before my assessment next week, she even took the time to help me with my portfolio.
