Visited Goddards with a new kitten. The receptionist was welcoming. The reception is air conditioned and clean. Our appointment was on time. The vet gave good advice and a good overall health check for the kitten alongside a pet vaccination passport. Flea and worm treated administered promptly correctly and without fuss. Definitely a good first experience.

I highly recommend the Goddard Vet Group branch in Wembley. My dog, Bidu, is always treated with so much care and affection by his vet, Triona. The receptionist is also incredibly friendly and attentive every time we visit. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing that Bidu is looked after by such a wonderful team.

From the staff on the desk to the veterinarian doctors, everyone at Goddard Wanstead was fantastic. Efficiency and empathy don’t often go hand in hand in a workplace but these professionals have that balance right. I appreciate that they listen to the client and support them through difficult choices even when they are very busy with a lot of emergencies. I have had a great experience every time I take a pet there.

I have been using Goddards at Ham for several years now. The staff are fantastic, and the practice feels like a family run vet as there is no constant changeover of staff that you might get in other practices. They are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I recently adopted another cat and immediately registered him with this practice. Despite the protest of getting him to the vets, when we got there he got fussed over and loved it so much he didn’t want to leave! Says it all.

Really nice practice. So transparent with charging. Mine was an emergency appt for my dog and the girls were so patient with Cleo. The vet was lovely. The cost was no where near as harsh as their local competitors. I didn’t feel robbed when I left. Defo go back.

Easy to book an appointment quickly and the staff are lively. I’ve been with Goddard for many years and always find them affordable.

Alex at Epsom Downs surgery is an amazing vet. He is so caring of any animal you take to see him and goes above and beyond to ensure that the experience is a positive one. He takes time to fully explain things and listens to you. Always giving a detailed run down of the treatment plan. I totally recommend this particular vet.

I’ve been going to this practice for a long time. They have over the years treated my dogs and cats with great sensitivity. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Andrea the Italian vet always very practical and never tries to oversell me treatments.

Goddards at Kingston staff were very professional and helpful and took care in every way to make our pet cat as comfortable and least stressed as possible.
