Simple claims process, great communication, speedy reimbursement
I have been a member of Health Shield for 3 years and have claimed cash back on dental treatment, acupuncture, private specialist consultation and an MRI scan. It covers numerous health and wellbeing services and it’s simple to claim, with communication throughout the process and quick reimbursement within a few days. Highly recommended and an essential benefit for today’s healthcare needs

What a joke
What a joke. I claimed for a dental accident. My companys policy aloved 400 pounds for a dental accident. I broke my tooth by eating sandwich ,I needed a dental crown. Paid 332 pounds for the crown. Submitted claim,3 times been declined. No explanation at all.
Send email asking what wrong,got reply that i didn't tell how accident happened. Explained everything and today i been declined again, accepted only dental claim,but not accident. They didn't like how my accident happened. Probably would be very happy if i had a car crash or something similar. So yes,make sure you having accident in the correct way 🙈Lost for worlds. Health shield saved money 💰
