Easy to contact and quick to reply
I had to submit my claim three times in June and still did not get any response .Then i submitted another claim and still did not any response in July
I've been with Simply Health for many years and they keep me up-to-date with options and claiming is really easy and very quick.

I put in 2 claims within minutes of each other, one got approved the next day the other one they took 5 days to tell me the receipt isn't clear. Leaves me thinking surely you would look at both claims at the same time. Over a week now and still waiting for approval. Never been this slow on the past.
