Pick up and delivery was on time. Everything was accurate. Happy with the service.

1 star because I have to. Terrible service. I was unable to speak to someone before placing the order. Chat App told me to tell the laundry collection person of my request. No one turned up to collect my laundry. I chased several times. Went through chat and finally my laundry was collected 3 1/2 hours after collection slot. Told a discount would be sorted for me. Following day discount refused and wash more expensive than expected ( driver collecting couldn’t answer my question). Could not return my laundry by promised time. I cancelled the wash and they still have not refunded me the £20 deposit/ just ignoring emails again. Avoid at all costs

They collected in time & return the laundry also in time. Very good service for the dry cleaning & mixed wash. Good customer service also.

It was best choice to use Hello Laundry. They are very much professional. Timely collection & delivery. Excellent dry cleaning service. I will use it regularly.

The overall process and service was terrible.
1. Supposed to collect my laundry between 5 and 7 pm and they arrived at 10.30 pm
2. During this this time it was impossible to talk to them
3. They were supposed to deliver next day in the afternoon
4. Received an email saying that it would take 'a couple extra days'
5. Tried to call and they just do not answer, but could get in touch through the website chat where I said that I needed everything to be sent because I was travelling for a month
6. After being extremely rude they said they were going to send my clothes the next day (when I was travelling) not washed
7. They finally said they were going to wash them, but they would not be dried
8. Got an email saying everything was going to be delivered between 1 and 2 pm (I had to leave at 2 to the airport)
9. They did not arrive. I chat to them again and said it was going to be 45 min (at this point a friend went to my place to receive it)
10. Things ended up arriving at 4.15 pm

Overall, a terrible experience and highly unreliable company. I would have expected - at least- to not be charged for this, but I was.

I would not trust this provider.

Previously tried this service and thought it was good. This time I am so frustrated and angry. For pick-up and drop off, they did not follow the schedule I had selected. They arrived 30 minutes early for pick up and luckily I had just arrived home. On the drop off, I scheduled between 7:00-9:00pm. They arrived at 3:25pm and I was not home. They were able to get a neighbor to open the front door so they could leave the bag in the hallway of the building. I had 4 sets of bedding. The sets were not folded and basically shoved in a plastic wrapper. I had to take them out and refold everything and then they were wrinkled. I sent them out to Hello Laundry to avoid that in the first place and ended up paying over £31 and spending more time than I wanted. Also, when you put your things in the bag for pick up, there is nothing that says how many items you gave them. I did not have a problem with this but if I was missing anything I would have had nothing to confirm what I gave them. Will try a different service next time.

Pick up not early afternoon as requested but late evening.
Sheets were supposed to be ironed. Full of creases.

Was a late collection, they did inform me but was still later than scheduled time. But drop off was crazy!! 11.40pm I was actually in my bed having thought they would come tomorrow. Ironing was done very well but everything smelt of cigarettes. We are a non-smoking household so the smell was very obvious. So although beautifully ironed it will all have to be re-washed because of the smell! So £29 down the drain & several hours sat waiting around for pick up & drop off.
Overall a disappointment. Such a shame, as the ironing they did was excellent!

On time , very clean and a nice service .

Towels within my laundry looked cleaned properly.Jeans were touch damp still.Initial chat was bit rude,when I explained earlier slot was open,after being told couldn’t be collected til later.’As we informed you earlier’ is a bit rude.
Apart from that, not too bad.Bag for laundry nice touch.Though just noticed an email apology for initial pick up times,due to shortage of drivers in my area.

The most positive one word for this business is sketchy. I was lured into the business when I saw an online ad for 20% off on first order. A quick glance through trustpilot showed the reviews to be polarising. Then again the recent positive reviews encouraged me to take a leap of faith.
I made a hasty search through the website to get an idea off how much the bill would be. I understood the prices were on the slightly above avergae but then thought 20% OFF would make it more feasible. I went ahead and booked my collection and delivery time. This is where my nightmare started. The collection guycame outside the scheduled time and picked up my laundry. He did not hand me any recipt or tracking id. When asked what would be the approximate bill for the items, he said it would be communicated the next day via mail. I had scheduled for a next day delivery and this is where I questioned my choice because I had a leather and a fur jacket about which the price was not clearly mentioned on the website. I recieved an email the next day mentioning that the fur jacket and leather jacket would cost £130 to be washed. The combined price of those jackets were £100!! I reverted with the mail that the price was exhorbitant and to "please return these 2 items as received and NOT TO PROCEED WITH SERVICE FOR THE LEATHER AND FUR JACKETS ". I shared my contact number for clarification but the email converstaion kept goin back and forth (which frankly I don't understand as I kept repeating to send back these 2 items and continue the service for the remaining items) because this is an ONLINE only company!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SEVICE LINES!! After finally 10 days, I recieved the laundry with all the clothes in a transparent cover which made me suspicious that the jackets were serviced, but the delivery person still didn't tell me the final bill amount. Behold the next day I get a notification of a debit for £ 150. I paid £170 for a laundry with clothes worth £ 145 which I specifically instructed not to proceed with!! I frantically tried to call the service but the number mentioned on the website is false hence I jhad to mail again asking them if they could confirm if the jackets were washed or not and sent them the mail chain mentioning the jackets were not to be cleaned and also why the firstbuy discount was not valid. It's been 3 days and I haven't had a reply. Unless you want to be scammed of your hard earned money I will never recommend this business.

It was a bit expensive because I had blankets in my wash but I should have checked before I packed the bag and the person who came to pick up the washing did warn me about it. I have no problems with the service but the pick-up and delivery times were an issue. In both cases, the washing was picked up / delivered outside of the booked times.

A very good company, my laundry was picked up and delivered on time with a next day service, I just had a standard wash, dry and my clothes were folded, fantastic with good customer service, cannot fault at all. Will definitely be using this service again.

They usually are a little later than the time I choose, but aside from that the process is super quick and well done. Clothes are well washed and ironed.

Ordering process was quick and easy, great value on the service, collection and drop off straight from your door, and helpful customer support and drivers making it all very easy!

I had the worse and scamming experience with them. Fist of all the laundry price for washing Upto 6kg is £15.99 and on top of that I was using it for the first time so i used their coupon for 20% discount, when I was paying it was mentioned that minimum charge is £20 and the person who will be coming to pickup will analyse and charge as per the weight and service required. The person came to collect the laundry at hotel but didn't carry any bag or anything he asked me to source the bag, he didn't check the weight or anything and didn't give me any receipt of how many cloths he was taking, he said if you are not happy then complain to the company. Next day when I receive the laundry it was just took from the dryer and dumped in a bin bag and then put in their company logo bag and delivered, when the service clearly mentioned wash and fold. Again when I asked the person delivering, he told me if I am not happy then I should complain. Today - 3rd day, I went on the website, online chat, when I complained I was told that if I didn't read the policy about the minimum charge then its not their fault. This is a complete scam, my laundry was below 6 KG and as per their prising I should have been charged £15.99-20% but I was charged £20. If they know their minimum standard laundry price is £15.99 then why they intentionally kept minimum charge of £20? also No service delivered as mentioned and charged for. Don't waste your money guys, the service, price and value are not worth.

Nerve wrecking and very expensive experience.

First immediately after I placed my collection I was emailed and told that collection will happen much earlier that day. Driver struggled to find my house and was late to collect the load.

Second- next day I received an email telling me that drop off will arrive much earlier because they have driver problems. Not good, what's the point of having scheduled pick ups if you can't keep to schedules?

The driver who dropped off my laundry was incredibly to rude and could not speak English. He got lost and I had to walk to the main road to collect my stuff at 10PM.

And cherry on top is the invoice that I received two days later. A total of £50 for bag of mixed laundry and 6 shirts.
Keep in mind that jumper and other stuff get charged extra for tumble drying. I was not awareness of it. It's like a double the cost for most items.

Never again. Complete waste.

Don't use this company. Totally dodgy. My white pants were ruined with severe dark stains and they claimed the pants arrived in that condition. They also changed my order of laundry by weight to individual pieces, claiming the hotel reception confirmed such an order to the delivery man without following my online booking instructions. How can hotel reception placed or changed order on customer behalf? Since the service is pre-paid, i was already charged nearly 100 pounds for the worst service i have ever had. They claimed it is hotel's fault and i should complained to the hotel.
