Terrible service in very many ways.
Collection was fine, but items were returned late (as in not on the agreed day). A broken down car was the excuse, and I’ve seen it is an excuse they’ve used elsewhere too.
Items were returned with stains still present - an evening dress with feint make up marks came back marked; a men’s blazer came back marked. A complaint was made and only after chasing this three times, five weeks later an inadequate response was received.
They offered 20% off next use, when clearly I wouldn’t use them again as they cannot be trusted to clean, return, or respond to an acceptable standard.
Steer clear.

Do not use. Worst experience ever. 5 hours late picking up, 5 hours late dropping off and the suits came back un cleaned and un pressed. They then said they were picking up the next day. Another excuse car broke down. After 5 emails I received a part refund but still waiting for the rest and are ignoring my emails now. What’s worse is I have had my suites cleaned again but not the same as they were before. I have s horrible feeling they’ve washed them. Not pressing properly and have that smell you get when you get a wet suit. £1300 of suits ruined !!!

I have since had my suites cleaned twice. Despite this the smell
Is drill there and they can’t get the creases out I have effectively lost £1300 of suits and still not response ftom hello laundry

We were traveling and needed to get some laundry done. We used hello laundry as the price was much better than the hotel’s laundry service. They picked up and delivered our laundry from the hotel as promised and it was ok but they did lose a couple of my socks and they didn’t fold anything…so I would say the service was ok but not great. Not sure if I would use them again as they were not very responsive to my request to look for my missing socks. However, given the price difference from the hotel’s service, I can buy new socks with the money saved so I am not terribly disappointed!

Delivered as promised. Home collection and delivery so it was very convenient.

They have accepted a particular difficult topper mat with feathers that I needed to dry clean, they did a good job and collected and delivered the clean product as I asked for, sealed. Highly recommend

I found Hello Laundry very efficient. I would use them again.

My experience has been incredibly poor.
I was charged for 3 washes. Not the two I booked, labled and required. The ironing I booked was not done, it just arrived on hangers. My collection was five hours past the end of the collection slot I booked. My return was three and half hours beyond the end of return slot.

This service is neither cost effective or reliable. I would not recommend at all.

Good laundering but often unreliable collection and delivery times.

Used them for the first time and NEVER again. Late collection by two hours. And late delivery by 7 hours. Customer service non-existent

DO NOT USE THEM

PS Shirts returned - 4 had stains which were NOT there before and ALL of the shirts needed re-ironing.

Friendly & helpful staff, due to a broken washing machine I googled & found Hello Laundry, and washing was picked up the same day! very quick & prompt and delivered back the following day. I will definitely use again.

Avoid at all costs! I asked to shorten my trousers and the job was done very poorly. They cut off the original stitch and reattached it which looks horrible. Job done poorly and unprofessionally.

Easy to book for next day pick up and dropped off clean the next day. came back folded and in a handy bag and friendly courier. kept up to date with delivery time. Will use again.

'LAUNDRETTE TO YOUR DOOR' - sometimes in life we are not in a position to do things ourselves. I found myself in this position when I came home from a wonderful holiday with a case full of dirty laundry. I live in an apartment with no radiators and with restrictions on how much I can launder at one time so my modus operandi is to launder small amounts as the need dictates and drip-dry them in my wet room therefore, it would be impossible for me to launder a suitcase full of dirty clothes. 'Enter stage left' Hellolaundry which I found searching on Google. Their website was professionally presented, user-friendly, easy to navigate and intuitive. I was impressed so I signed up and ordered. A small deposit was required to place an order and there were time slots for collection and delivery. A friendly and enthusiastic gentleman arrived exactly at the time I specified to collect my laundry. You can have a collection and delivery slot as soon or as late as you like. When the day came, the friendly, punctual and professional gentleman came back holding my laundry which was individually placed in plastic covers with brand new hangers and each item was ironed to perfection. I was aghast at the fact that each item of my laundry was returned to me exactly like they had been dry-cleaned and the quality of each piece was that they looked professionally dry-cleaned and this impressed me greatly! The overall cost was, with deposit deducted, very reasonable for the amount of laundry I submitted especially in this economic climate and I was very satisfied with what they charged me and if I ever find myself in a similar laundry dilemma, I will definitely use them.

Excellent service very nice staff. I had a lot of clothes that smelled like smoke after a fire, and after their service they brought everything to me like new. Thanks hello laundry I will definitely continue to use it
