I am rating my viewing and sales experience with Hill in Lampton, Hounslow. We met with Mr. Hoss Eddin, and Hoss was very kind, calm, and approachable. He made us feel welcome, and he answered all of our questions. The property and the units that we viewed seemed well built and sturdy. The viewings and conversation were comfortable and low-pressure. We look forward to exploring our options further, and we hope to continue working with Hoss through this process.

The company is very sensitive of the needs of their residents. We went there on a Sunday to ask for a little something ( a useful keychain) and the person who was there, Hoss, readily and happily gave not just 1 but 2 of those. These little things are appreciated. We are happy living in the place knowing that there are people we can call on if we need anything.

Mike Lewis and Paul Coppen have been very helpful in resolving various snags since Q2 2026. They are very friendly and understand customer’s needs. Mike always goes the extra mile and is pro-active to help customer. He helped us to resolve a few ad-hoc door related teething issues, on top of his pre-assigned work. Paul is very patient to customer’s feedback and addresses with positive actions. He helped us in various sealant and wall shrinkage issues. He is attentive to details and his work is very good.
