They were both incredibly professional, reassuring, and patient with every question I had. Moving into a new home can be overwhelming, but they made the whole experience so much easier. I genuinely felt looked after from start to finish.
After they had left, I realized I had one more concern. John kindly found the time to come back within just 15 minutes to help me, which I truly appreciated. That level of care and commitment is rare.
Richard was equally wonderful—diligent and incredibly kind throughout the visit. His attention to detail and calm, friendly manner really stood out.
