Damp proof course and skirting boards
Our damp proof course was put in efficiently but we then asked them to replace the skirting boards and had a lot of delays meaning the job wasn’t done for about 8 weeks. When it was done it was to a good standard and the staff were very friendly and conscientious, and we were offered a £500 off voucher for our next installation. I wasn’t happy with their communication and how they resolved our issues at the time, but they did their best to make amends later

Both worked hard & were helpful & flexible, didn't fit the trickle vents as apparently they were not suitable. Bathroom fan is noisy & has no on/off switch.

They do the jobs excellently.
We had our gable end rerendered in August last year, and instantly commissioned them to complete the rest of the house this summer.
Both times the workforce were efficient and courteous.
If you need any jobs done you need look no further for a firm that can be trusted to do what is wanted.

Would recommend..
Ben and Alex came to carry out work in our home. We have had a damp proof course, trickle vents and a dmev extractor fan fitted in the bathroom. They arrived on time, were polite and identified themselves. They went through how they would go about completing each job. They were really quick and efficient and answered all questions that I had. I am happy with the work completed and would recommend this company.

Blatantly lied
Don't seem to know who doing what as far as appointments go.
From the outset found surveyor too familiar and slightly patronising. Allegedly found damp patches, although invisible, on upstairs walls but didn't answer my questions or show me readings. Conveniently rang office whilst here to get me a free full survey as if I booked if myself it would cost £250.....a nice scripted staged call!.
Also needed my partner to be here to do full survey. No chance, its MY house. Could also probably get grants too. Call me cynical but if you work, own your own house, no benefits etc you get Jack.
Surprise surpise there is no damp as demonstrated by a company delighted to show me on their damp meter.
So they would have been happy to 'solve' a problem that doesn't exist.

From survey to completion the service was excellent. Quick efficient work carried out to a very high standard. Kept us informed all through the job. The workmen were very friendly and kept us informed with regular updates through the works as we were not living in the property. Cleaned up after the work was finished. A job well done.

I'm never happy about having workmen in my house, but Adam and Dave were lovely. Polite and conscientious. It was a messy job, but they arrived on time and started work immediately - no unnecessary chat. There was excellent preparation to protect carpets, etc. and they were also very thorough about clearing up afterwards. I was very impressed with this company.

Clean, tidy, and a new DPC
Joel and Dylan sorted me a new damp proof course today. Joel spent time answering the few remaining questions we had and reassuring us that the work would be followed up in a year (watch this space!)
They were both extremely tidy and respectful of the property. Thank you.
ETA the process was actually good from start to finish (apart from miscommunication trying to rearrange the day for the surveyor) Mike, the surveyor, was patient and explained that what we originally were looking at (external insulation) wouldn’t actually solve the issues we were having. So definite heads up for not letting us run with it and try to push expensive external wall insulation on us but explaining that the DPC should help resolve the main issue, which is the damp.
