Paid for meals on 2 holidays 1 in 2025…

Paid for meals on 2 holidays 1 in 2025 and 1 in 2026 said we would be refunded but nothing has happened so far, I have even filled in the appropriate forms both times said they will get in touch within28 days etc , not a cheep?. Very unhappy customer

Absolutely useless customer servies One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with

One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. I had to cancel my holiday due to ill health. Customer Support is only via WhatsApp and they keep on giving advice the complete opposite of they own guidance. They say email customer services who say cannot help goto whatsapp. Also do not buy their holiday insurance, they are not related to jet2 so have to struggle between them and jet2. Find an alternative provider for both, AXA insurance and jet2

I've been in my resort and hotel which…

I've been in my resort and hotel which is as I expected them to be! The Jet2 rep I saw as I was at breakfast. No one else there as a small Greek hotel with very basic breakfast. I had to initiate a greeting, older woman late 50's who just about managed to return my greeting. Didn't say how's your holiday? When did you arrive? Is everything OK?
Absolutely useless!
When I asked if she was the rep for the hotel she said yes and looks after about 20 in total.
She recieved a call from a colleague and was moaning about booking anual leave as her visiting family book last minute! Saying the company should be more considerate!
What an advertisement for a company!
If I did have any issues I am sure this woman wouldn't give a toss!
I've booked a lot of holidays with Jet2 and some of their staff leave alot to be desired.

Having now checked my review and others! I am surprised to see no follow-ups from Jet2 shocking that they just don't care!
I know having filled out their post holiday surveys, if you score it poorly; they won't allow you to continue!
A case of praise us but we don't want to hear what wrong!

Abysmal & thoroughly uncaring.

Abysmal. Steer clear. Abandoned in Rome, with C20 other passengers , due to Italian da Vinci passport 'control'. No f's given by Jet2, no communication, no, as promised, call back, no, as promised, visit by a rep, no as promised, customer support or rescue package. Abandoned and their insurance specifically lists passport delays as not a reason for making a claim, so they are aware of problems but refuse to help. Vile, uncaring money grabbing bunch. Look at the other reviews and steer clear.

Annoyed about a damaged case and no response

I have to say I am very sad to see such poor reviews. We've flown with Jet2 very many tines and never had an issue until this last time, when my case was damaged. The 'Happy to help' girl was anything but, at 2.30am and I went home and completed a lengthy form stating everything. No option was given to add photos. I later realised I had had no acknowledgement (from the online form I'd completed) but I gave them another week and ith still nithing, contacted them by phone today. The girl on the phone was pleasant but couldn't seem to do anything so she told me to submit it all over again! 🤬🤬 This I did a few hours ago but still no response or acknowledgement. I am writing this here in the hope that this is monitored and someone will actually respond!

Profits before customer health

Trying to get out of Naples to Edinburgh and Jet2 simply dont care.
We have been standing for 2.5 hrs in 36 degrees of heat. First to get into the tiny annex terminal, then to drop our bags, then to get through security (the fastest bit), then standing at the gate, then putting us in a bus at 38 degrees for 30 minutes, knowing the plane was not ready.
Utterly appalling. Profits before customer health.

Horrible airline

Honestly from my own experience waiting times are abysmal weather was fine but flight was still delayed severely, and I was stopped multiple time by staff due to my identity i would NOT recommend you fly with jet2holidays

Honestly this was the worst experience of my life

Honestly this was the worst experience iv ever had with a airline iv booked a flight with jet2holidays and when i reached the airport i was told that i have been removed off my flight because it was over booked i was told to wait with some other people who were removed and all the people there were off colour not a single one was from the uk mind you more than half of the flight were white i was discriminated against and all those other people should be compensated for their time travel fees etc very disgraceful shame on you jet2holidays staff were also berry horrible would not recommend flying with this airline iv also seen that a-lot pf people have been treated the same way and i dont find this acceptable at all

I will not be using Jet2 Holidays again.

I have used Jet2 Holiday's for many, many years. I would only look at their site, none of their competitors. Sadly, I will not use them again.
We had a few issues when we were due to go to Gran Canaria last month. I did make a complaint which was responded to with a very dismissive email. It basically said "delays happen, not our fault".
I did pursue this complaint but found the whole complaints procedure to be deliberately off putting for a customer in the hope they would lose interest.
I will now look to other companies for my twice year holidays.

Pointless bureaucracy

"Ooh, your ticket says Chris"
"Yes"
"but your passport says Christopher"
"Yes"
"That's technically a different name"
"No, it isn't"
"You'll need to get it changed"
"No, I won't, I fly as Chris all the time, even Ryanair are fine with it"
"OK well you'll need to get it changed for the way back"
"Why? Does it need changing or not?"

Etc. Stop treating paying customers as though you're doing them a favour by transporting them. No other industry does this. Absolutely ridiculous.

Got scammed in Dubrovnik

Got scammed in Dubrovnik, bought car hire though Jet2carhire.

They used Avis.

My booking through Jet2 included insurance and I showed it to them when I got the car and they were well aware of it.

When I go to return the car, they want me to pay £300 for vehicle cover, which I already had though Jet2 and they knew I had.

They are now attempting to hold my deposit hostage!

Avoid the company at all costs!

Tent arenal mallorca to Tent palmanova

Me and my mum recently booked to stay at the tent arenal mallorca, the hotel itself was lovely and the staff were really nice and attentive, however the area wasn’t what we were expecting!
We had stayed previously at the tent Palmanova hence why we booked to go to another tent hotel in a different area, to try a different area..
We were really disappointed and felt we couldn’t stay in that area for the whole duration of our holiday, it just wasn’t for us.
Thankfully, we had Leo from Jet2. Come straight to the hotel and deal with the problem.
He was so lovely, really helpful and very attentive
We were so grateful that Leo managed to help us along with Josè at the front desk :)
The move was swift and easy.

We went onto to enjoy the break. We needed at the Tent Palmanova, it was beautiful & relaxing!

This company and their employees are…

This company and their employees are extremely racist. If you are a Muslim or someone who does not have blonde hair and blue eyes I suggest you not fly with them. They will kick you off of your flight for absolutely no reason letting all “whites” walk straight pass you. This company should be ashamed of themselves and anyone who works for them is disgraceful for treating or allowing other human beings to be treated poorly. But I guess look at the world we live in today. It seems to be okay to be a white supremacist again. I feel sorry for humanity and I feel sorry for everyone who feels the need to belittle or treat another harshly just based on the color of their skin or religion.
