Horrible airline
Honestly from my own experience waiting times are abysmal weather was fine but flight was still delayed severely, and I was stopped multiple time by staff due to my identity i would NOT recommend you fly with jet2holidays

Honestly this was the worst experience iv ever had with a airline iv booked a flight with jet2holidays and when i reached the airport i was told that i have been removed off my flight because it was over booked i was told to wait with some other people who were removed and all the people there were off colour not a single one was from the uk mind you more than half of the flight were white i was discriminated against and all those other people should be compensated for their time travel fees etc very disgraceful shame on you jet2holidays staff were also berry horrible would not recommend flying with this airline iv also seen that a-lot pf people have been treated the same way and i dont find this acceptable at all

I will not be using Jet2 Holidays again.
I have used Jet2 Holiday's for many, many years. I would only look at their site, none of their competitors. Sadly, I will not use them again.
We had a few issues when we were due to go to Gran Canaria last month. I did make a complaint which was responded to with a very dismissive email. It basically said "delays happen, not our fault".
I did pursue this complaint but found the whole complaints procedure to be deliberately off putting for a customer in the hope they would lose interest.
I will now look to other companies for my twice year holidays.

Got scammed in Dubrovnik
Got scammed in Dubrovnik, bought car hire though Jet2carhire.
They used Avis.
My booking through Jet2 included insurance and I showed it to them when I got the car and they were well aware of it.
When I go to return the car, they want me to pay £300 for vehicle cover, which I already had though Jet2 and they knew I had.
They are now attempting to hold my deposit hostage!
Avoid the company at all costs!
Tent arenal mallorca to Tent palmanova
Me and my mum recently booked to stay at the tent arenal mallorca, the hotel itself was lovely and the staff were really nice and attentive, however the area wasn’t what we were expecting!
We had stayed previously at the tent Palmanova hence why we booked to go to another tent hotel in a different area, to try a different area..
We were really disappointed and felt we couldn’t stay in that area for the whole duration of our holiday, it just wasn’t for us.
Thankfully, we had Leo from Jet2. Come straight to the hotel and deal with the problem.
He was so lovely, really helpful and very attentive
We were so grateful that Leo managed to help us along with Josè at the front desk :)
The move was swift and easy.
We went onto to enjoy the break. We needed at the Tent Palmanova, it was beautiful & relaxing!

This company and their employees are extremely racist. If you are a Muslim or someone who does not have blonde hair and blue eyes I suggest you not fly with them. They will kick you off of your flight for absolutely no reason letting all “whites” walk straight pass you. This company should be ashamed of themselves and anyone who works for them is disgraceful for treating or allowing other human beings to be treated poorly. But I guess look at the world we live in today. It seems to be okay to be a white supremacist again. I feel sorry for humanity and I feel sorry for everyone who feels the need to belittle or treat another harshly just based on the color of their skin or religion.

We spent a long weekend in a beautiful hotel in Sorrento. Everything was great with the only exception being our experience at Naples airport on our return journey. I require assistance, but assistance or not the entire experience was entirely shambolic.

George in the jump seat
Our flight on 8th July from Gatwick to Reus was a wonderful experience. George in the Jump Seat as we named him, sat by us for take off and landing. He was just the perfect level of professional but also warm and friendly. He had a beaming smile for the whole flight and answered our nosy questions with enthusiasm as he confessed to being an aviation geek. Keep hold of George. He’s a keeper!
Delayed not much help at all
Usually no issues with jet2 but this time flight to Budapest was delayed. Delay is one thing but staff went to the gate 7:45. Original departure time was 8am. On the screen still saying go to gate,but for a text message and email flight will delayed and departure time will 10:35. In the app it’s says you can follow the flight but doesn’t show anything. Staff said they don’t give drink and food voucher (it’s mandatory if flight delayed more than 2 hours) as that what you can see just the latest time probably will be earlier(soon as the plane landed).
Easy jet app you can see where is the plane here you can’t see anything.
