The service of the crew is slow. My order was also wrong twice. If it's called fast food, the crew should uphold the credibility of the company by providing fast service. It's also the job of the managers to check if their crew is providing the right service. I used to be a crew member, and during my time, we made sure that there were no mistakes in the orders and that we served customers quickly. Even just greeting customers is not being done anymore. Having many customers doesn't mean you should neglect serving them well.

Di ko nadin na check ung item dahil sobrang haba ng pila at nag mamadali kami di man lang prenipare nang mabuti di man lang di double check !! Ang nandito lang na gravy is ung pinaadd ko .

napakarami pong langaw na nagtatampisaw sa mga coke at pagkain . hindi lang isa . mababait naman ang mga crew humingi ng dispensa pero paano pag nagkasakit kami dahil doon mababayaran ba ng paghingi ng dispensa. you should do something po . hindi po pwde yan baka may magkasakit. Very disappointed.. Staff is not aware about serving time of foods and also they lost the receipt that why my food is not working in lines of their order.. Then I came to follow up my order but one of the crew say they serve it once ready and have a sit first.. I didn't sit cause my order is only burger but it takes a long time of waiting... I was in the priority lane today at 12 noon for the senior citizens and PWD’s.The line was very long in this lane as compared to the regular ones and there was just one cashier attending to us.Since I had fallen in line for over 30 mins.and have not been served yet, I called the attention of one of the crew getting the orders and asked for the manager to suggest opening another cashier. There was a lot of crew around, I noticed who can man the cashiers box, but no effort was made. I believe the priority lane was meant to make ordering easier for people like us, but that’s not what happened today. Service was terrible!!

I drove to a Jollibee branch at SM uptown in Cagayan de Oro to pickup my father's favorite lunch--1 leg, 1 rice, 1 soda meal combo. When my 92-year old father opened his Jollibee lunch box, there was no chicken leg, but a small piece of a chicken butt. I am from the USA and not necessarily a Jollibee fan, but I never imagined that fried chicken dish servings include the butt bone of a chicken. My father's cat enjoyed that piece of bone for lunch as there was no chicken meat for my father to eat.

Made a drive-thru order and emphasize for a big part for the chicken in Jollibee Clark beside Petron. We did hear the cashier made a radioshout for the request. Unfortunately, the given chicken were not thoroughly cooked, not crispy, and it was small.

I have experienced today the worst costumer service in Jollibee. First we ordered a 5 sets of super meals, a crew asked me and my friends if it is okay if the drink was a medium one and not a regular one but then when we picked up our order they gave us a large drink with an additional 20 pesos which we didn't know cause the thing that was told about us is it will become a medium drink. Second is that our order have a fries, they didn't give any ketchup but when my friend ask for a ketchup a crew give us a three small cups but then again we are five and we have five orders a crew said it is enough when in fact it's not. Third is that, I suddenly need to take out my order because I need to go somewhere, when I asked the staff to take out my order they said that I need to pay five pesos per container that I needed so I just said yes when I know that it is free when you have something and you need to take out of it and I realized late that they didn't give me any spoon,fork or even a straw and tissue. They only gave one tissue for the five of us. That's all I hope this can changed the way they serve. It is from Jollibee of Pacific Mall in Lucena City
