Me and friends went to Jollibee CDO and we had a wonderful time eating jollies

Good day. I just want to give feedback on the experience we had yesterday, dec 25 in jolibee trinoma.. we waited so long until tje end.. i just only ordered 2 one.piece chicken, based on my receipt i place my order at 9;24pm, they said that it will ne ready for 20 mins.. bit it took almost 40 mins when I saw.my order on tje counter but sadly it was not goven yet because there are no rice yet... when the rice are ready, the time is already 10;20pm.. almost 1 hour.. but what really makes me mad is eventhough that the order is complete, they still not gove it right away, instead I saw them at the back some.of them were just doing some other thimgs... I was really DISAPPOINTED... 1 hr waiting time for 1 piece chicken...

I always make sure to order Chicken with spaghetti for my daughter. While she doesnt care what chicken part she gets, I do. I ask for the thigh part, they say only wings and breast parts are available. I walk away with wings only to see the person next to me get a thigh part. BE HONEST!

staffs didn't even care to clean our table before our food was served. i was upset that they didn't even care. jollibee centrio ayala branch

we love jollibee very much and it is highly recommendable,the chicken is tastier and yummy.they serve it hot and the crews are friendly.

The Jollibee chicken now is getting smaller,not like before, it's not worth it anymore,I know you've seen so many negative feedback about the size of chicken now,I hope Jollibee can solve this matter,thank you,God bless

I placed an order at Jollibee for a coke float and gravy. I was very specific about only adding three to five cubes of ice to the float and asking them to please fill it with gravy since we ordered two piedes of chicken. Nothing has happened yet, so I feel like they don't read what customers are asking for.

Just wanted to give a very important feedback with the Jollibee Taytay Bayan branch. I ordered one 2 pcs chickenjoy in this branch and look what I received. I received a chicken part that was very very small, almost like a 30 pesos neck part in the market. I was very disappointed because I always order in this branch and their food is always of good quality. It happened not once, but twice! And at the same time!

Would you please tell them that next time, they should not serve that very small chicken part especially on the delivery. Because it takes a lot of money for us to go with this branch to complain about the food. So, we had no choice but to receive the order. When I was a crew member in Jollibee, our manager would not want to serve this very small chicken part and we would tag them as a waste. It is because we would like to serve food that has good quality and we are very careful to receive any complaints.

I am hoping that they will take this very poor feedback seriously and take it as their lesson because based on my research, many regular customers are switching to McDonalds because of their food quality. I would love to stay in Jollibee because the chicken here is my most favorite but I was very disappointed with what happened lately. Our kids love the chicken here but when we saw their disappointment in their face, it hurt my feelings. Again, I would like them to take this feedback seriously not just for me but for the other loyal customers too. Thank you and have a great day.

I ordered 4pcs chicken in your branch at jollibee Centris Station an hour ago actually kakauwi ko lang kasi sinadya ko talagang bumili para mapasalubong ko to my baby as he request sobrang favorite namin kumain sa jollibee! Sobrang nakakadisappoint nagrequest ako na leg part kasi yun ang favorite ng anak ko walang leg ok sabi ko sige wings at thigh daw ang available i said sige wings and thigh since i was in a hurry because my son still waiting for my pasalubong i did't check what part of chicken that they gave me so kampante ako na yun talaga yunh binigay nilang part when i got home and open the box putcha sana bumili na lang ako sa kanto namin sobrang dry at matigas na breast part at hindi wings nagbigay nga ng thigh part pero parang tig 25 lang yung laki ! Nakakadismaya kasi ayaw kainin ng anak ko kasi nga matigas tapos ang liit di man lang namin nasulit yung binayaran ko !!!😡😡😡

We dined in at Jollibee CDO Gaisano Mall around 9:00 PM yesterday with their 2 pc crispy chicken joy ( na sobrang juicy, tender, at malinamnam), 2 pc burger steak ( na beef na beef ang amoy at lasa with mushroom gravy na tamang tama sa lapot at alat ), at Chocolate sundae na nakakawala nang init. The servibg was also right, worth it sa binayad namin. Overall great job!
Mabait na cashier staff si Junnabeth, very accommodating and friendly. Thank you!

I was very satisfied eating at Jollibee soliven in litex Commonwealth the service is so good and sobrang happy Nila Ang bilis din gumalaw nakaka Hawa Yung pagiging jolly Nila jade you made my day seeing your smile while working sobrang nakaka good day talaga good job kudos!

It happen today, it’s been 30 plus minute for my order to get. Up until now

Ok naman yung drumstick very crunchy parang chichirya or chicharon. Ang ayaw ko lang yung breast chicken. Suggestion ko lang maglagay kayo ng cordon bleu para doon sa breast chicken na dry na dry ang lasa.

This is the worst Food I have ever tried.
Disgusting and weird taste.
I will never get this food from Jolibee anymore and I will let my friends and family know about this.

I ordered a 6 piece Chicken Joy Bucket with Spaghetti for a take out....at Jollibee PACIFIC Mall Lucena City. ....when we were about to eat. . . Oh O🥺. . Look Mom No SPOON & FORK !. . .So we have to use our hands to eat the Spaghetti. .. luckily i did ask for a tissue but we 3 have to share it . . .i was the last to use the overused tissue . . thank sa MESSY EXPERIENCE Jollibee Pacific Mall Lucena City. . .its a GOOD F#$K in Job. .
