In April of 2023 I went to few Jollibee Restaurants, Jollibee on makati av,Jollibee Ayala asaina Manila,Jollibee Ayala mall Cebu city and the rice basically was not been cooked properly.
I returned in October 2023.I was reluctant to try the rice so I told them to add fries
incase I don't like the rice, To my surprised the was very good,well cooked. I visited all the Restaurants even the Jollibee in Cebu city Airport, I must report that all the restaurant rices was cooked very well,I did enjoyed all the rice from all of the restaurants named,Yummy!! 👍🏾Thank you. So I give 5 stars.🥳🥳🥳🥳

Pumunta aq sa counter follow up aq sus qo yun Pala Ang receipt q nasa pinakailalim den tinanong q cashier ilang minutes pa Hindi aq masagot so bumalik aq sa upuan qo antay ulit aq cguro 4 minutes Wala pa ...pumunta aq ulit sa counter binigay q Ang waiting Vibrate# qoh iniwan qoh lumabas nalang aq Kasi talagang gutom na aq galing trabaho....naglalakat aq palabas na subrang inis
SANA Hindi na maulit sa iba ....

May we request a sufficient supply of ketsup in your branch.I just want to add that the staff there would never give you a condiment if your are not angry or about to complain.
Proper customer service is lacking too. Hoping it gets attention.

Went to Jollybee in Cebu , the don’t have chicken???? What you sell chicken here ? How can you run out of chicken?????and there is no signage saying they have no chicken???

Hi kaka dissapoint lang kc ilang beses na kami nag order lagi mali pero ok lang kaso everyday halos nag jollibee kami for meryenda kaso lang pag marami order mali mali ang ninibigay kaka streess ngaun araw na to nag order nanaman kami kulang nanaman ng fries dalwa tapos pinabalikan na naman sa rider namin pero naki usapn kami na baka pede palitan ng coke float ok naman kaso nga lang ang pinalit lusaw na ice cream sa cokefloat kaka disappoint stress huhuh tapos ito ba nag add kami order spag at coke float bigay burger steak kaka dismaya tlga lalo huhu 🥹🥹

I'm a spicy food lover but for some weird reason every time I eat at this fast-food restaurant they always say their spicy chicken is out of stock but when I tried to argue that they should have ordered more stocks they would just say there's nothing we can do.

I really love jollibee , The most tastiest, delicious and affordable with excellent service performance 💗💗💗

I said big parts chicken and then they gave me small chicken! Not crispy anymore!

jollibee tanza ay napaka walang kwenta walang water for drinking walang straw for coke float?? papano un nangyari kahit made of karton na straw wala ang jollibee ganun ba?? please answer dis question dahil ngaun lang ako naka incounter ng ganito.. kung walang tubig dpat di nag ooperate tama ba??

We ordered 2 pieces of steak and nakakadisappoint dahil konti lang ang gravy eh yun nga nagpapasarap dun. Sinubukan namin manghingi then sabi samin hindi kasama ang extra gravy sa steak. Nasa food industry din kayo pero may langaw na nakakapasok sa loob ng establishment nyo.

Any customer will be dismayed on these issues :

1. This jollibee branch dont serve coffee in the morning because of no supply.
2. They dont serve most of their breakfast meal because of no supply.
3. They dont honor promos (globe rewards) that all jollibee branches are promoting because of non updated machines, said the manager.
4. They lack in proper customer service unlike what we experience in other jollibee branches.
5. Slow kitchen crew, my number beeps for my order pick up but then my orders’ not yet ready in the counter and it looks like it’s just okay for them on serving that way.
6. The place is not well mentained 3/10 unlike other branches. Aircon leaks, delapidated tables and walls, etc they must consider renovation.
7. Left over food on table standby for 30mins.

Management must look into it to improve more the service.

Hello. I am an old school. I remember your boneless bangus. Napakasarap ng timpla. I am a burger lover since elementary. I love your burger but in my 30's I learned to eat bangus and I used to buy bangus in dagupan and even asked to deliver them to manila. Exact time when I could not do that anymore, you made your own meal, bangus. That time, I always eat at jollibee because of your boneless bangus. I missed them. Try to consider to bring bangus back to your meal again. We are filipinos who majority of us enjoy bangus than any other fish available in the market. You have to have an alternative because in a family, not all especially the parents, would always want burger. So, you are not catering families preference. They will try to eat somewhere else where everybody would enjoy the food. Remember, even if the kids will influence the parents, the parents has the capacity to pay and they have the right to decide.

You know, tropical hut still has their boneless bangus meal and it is delicious (You have almost have the same time of releasing your bangus meal.) Actually, their variety of meals are really fantastic. It is just that they lack advertising and improvements because they are old school. In terms of service, they are excellent. You can get ketchup in squeeze bottle and can use it as much as you want, even the hot sauce, mustard, sugar, vinegar etc.

Anyway, remember to cater even to old people. You are missing big market. Remember also that the people who used to patronise you are the people who used to be young and now they are old and needs to change or just want a healthier food.

Nakaka dissapoint nakakawala ng excitement sa pagkain laging may kulang last time na order ko kung ng extra gravy naka lgay sa receipt na may extra gravy pero wala naman nung pag tingin ko, Please next time po paki double check ang pagkain tsaka wag na din po kayo mag bigay ng promise time sa dine in kung hindi din po masusunod nung nag dine po kami ng friend ko sabi 15 mins lang po pero inabot ng 25 mins dahil every 5 mins nag papaupdate kami sa order 2x sinabi na 5 mins na lang and kahapon ang order ko 2pcs spicy chicken pero original ang pinadala nakakalungkot lang po napaulit ulit nangyayari.

Grabe Paulit ulit nalang nangyayare sa jollibee Buendia Pasay. Parang mga crew yung masusunod at hindi gusto ng customer.. una hindi talaga kami pinag order dahil wala kaming smaller bill, hindi kami bumili para lang magpapalit kundi gustong gusto talaga namin kumain nun. Pangalawa, Birthday ng pamangkin ko gustong gusto niya kumain chicken kasi puro burger steak lang naoorder niya, tapos nag request ako ng thigh part tinignan pa nung crew kung meron (hindi ko na chineck kasi ang alam ko thigh part ang ibibigay niya) tapos pag kuwi namin sa bahay breast part (hindi po mahilig sa breast part pamangkin ko). Tapos ngayon naman bumili ate ko ng bucket chicken sabi ng ate ko na ichecheck niya muna yung mga part tapos parang walang naririnig biglang tinape yung bucket!!! Grabe, naipon nalang kasi akala ko dahil pagod lang or what pero paulit ulit na e parang nananadya na ewan!! Asan na yung Sinasab niyong “SA JOLLIBEE, BIDA ANG SAYA” kung ganun ang mga crew. Okay lang yung minsanan lang mangyare e ang kaso kada oorder talaga kami laging ganyan!! Nakakaloka!!! Sana maaksyunan!!

Very disappointed last night
I went to the counter Two times because the chicken did not cook very well. The supervisor told me that's blood we saw in the center of the chicken was normal because the chicken was young. OMG, how many times we ate chicken We know what is cooked very well and what is not. I have a picture here. It's fine if they will replace it and ask for sorry but they insist that's normal sessss.....

Hi I just want to complaint about what happened a while ago. It was a bad experience because the crew was attitude and also the time they serve the food is really time consuming, like you know nauna pa yung mga kaka order lang then na serve agad haha funny! jollibee is a part of FAST FOOD CHAIN! so it suppose to be fast! And that time konti lang ang tao. So how come and this is the worst part naki suyo ako palinis ng table in a good way like hello po pwede po palinis then sabe wait lang??? so hindi ko na ma antay that’s why ako kame na gumawa you really wanna see the evidence?🙃

Bought a 2 piece chicken meal with fries and drink. The fries were standard fries I could've gotten from a shop and made in my air fryer. The chicken was old, and the only thing that made it a little bearable was the ginger chilli dip, which tasted like sweet chilli dip. Wasn't that expensive in comparison to other fast food chains, and I'd been told good things about the food. Never going back there again though.

Jollibee Robinsons Starmills Pampanga Branch: Why do you guys always hold your product at 8:30 p.m. when the mall closes at 10:00 p.m.? Waste of sales because you guys still have 1 and a half hours to make sales and there is no manager on floor at that time. This is my second time visiting this store, and I really don't know why the manager on duty always doesn't care about the operation and the product hold. You let the customer move on to the other restaurant. Everything was poor service, so disappointed on this branch. I think the manager doesn't care when the time is 8:30 and there is no one on floor.

Jollibee was the worst experience in fast food that I've had in a long time.

The chicken was not good, the burger steaks were not as pictured in the advertising, and the Palabok fiesta noodles were DISGUSTING

I arrived there at exactly 7:00pm, only to have the man tell me my food was not complete and needed to be prepared... they did not give me the Jolli spagetti and the food that I did receive was not worth the money I paid.

Any other national chain (Popeyes, Bojangle, KFC / Church's Chicken) would have been half the price and double the quantity.

Once I called to complain about the order, I was told by the manager "Arnold" in Store 4057 (Pinella's Park) that I could not have a refund for the order and wanted to know if I had the food. We visited Clearwater and had out of town license plates.

This leads me to believe this was why we received such horrible food.
In addition, if the manager asked for the food it is possible that they are recycling that food and giving it to another customer.

The food was soooo disgusting we tossed everything...nothing was edible.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JOLLIBEE!!!!!
