JB BLUMENTRIT napaka tagal ng order 1 hour 30 mins bago maserve yung food tapos pag dating ng chicken bloody pa take note ah kame nalang po tao don pano kung madami pa diba. napaka dumi ng cr napaka dumi ng tiles napaka init pa partida gabi yon 8:00 pm 9:30 nakame nakakain. diko nirerekomenda ang jb sa blum. wag po. ikaw pa mag mag liligpit ng kinainan ng iba. kahit para lang makaupo ka sa table. partida wala pa gano tao nung dumating kami hanggang kame nalang natira don kakaantay. hayss

wag na kayong pumunta sa jollibee sa karuhatan bukod na nga sa ang bagal nila at nakakainsulto pa yung isang manager nila dito na nagpadagdag ako ng spicy halos lahat ng parte ng chicken eh pinaglagyan nagpapadagdag lang ako ng konti pero halos buong chicken nilagyan niya. akala ko mag eenjoy ako dahil sila yunh may spicy dito na powder pa rin pero medyo nabastusan ako sa inasal ng manager nila. sana mapansin Jollibee.

Myself and my friends went to this establishment today .

However we were left unimpressed by the quality of the food .

For instance I ordered a hot dog but unfortunately what was served came back as a scattered mess ( there was sauce spilled all over the inside of the box that was served and the hot dog bun had been poorly formed ) .

We were also given garlic mayonnaise dips to go with our food but this was also a disappointment as the dip tasted very sickening so we were unable to use it all .

My friends orders also were of a lower quality .

We were overall left feeling disappointed and disturbed by this poor experience at Jollibee’s .

I also feel that the pricing of their food value wasn’t great value for money either .

On a more positive note , the decor inside Jollibee’s was very inviting and the seating area where we sat was fairly nice .

But after this negative experience , we will not be back .

On 7/12/2023 I ordered at jollibee bayugan 1 pc chicken with fries and clearly said that i want the thigh part, 1 yum burger and a large fries for TAKE OUT. While waiting for the food I sit near the counter of the cashier. I saw the staff prepared which obviously my food and mistook it for a dine in which the chicken was clearly a thigh part. Then as she reviewed the receipt she saw that the food she was preparing was for take out then she get another part of the chicken that was for take out. She called my number then I asked her if it was thigh part and she said that thigh part was not available and asked me if I wasn’t informed. Well girl you’re really dishonest. I just didn’t have time to argue because I was hungry and just went home pissed with her dishonesty. Hope you’ll take care of your costumers better

We actually order bulk in this store for our meeting today July 11, 2023.

unfortunately hindi available ang fries sa order menu then we replace it with 4 sundae instead of regular fries.

Upon paying in cashier we ask kung bakit hindi available ang regular fries or shortages ba ng stocks they said marami po kaming fries hindi lang po kami nag seserve ng regular, wait what? so u want us customer to upsize automatically the fries to medium/large to avail Jollibee French Fries? moving on

Cashier said sir not available po kami sa coke float, we ask why! wla kayong soft serve? may sundae po kami pero wla kaming coke soda. but in our observation they served coke and also coke float for dine in. so pag take out at bulk order bawal ang coke float jollibee SM Sta Mesa? okay fine wla naman kami magagawa so we replace it with pineapple juice na lang. Moving on

Upon calling our number to the counter, we present our ticket number pero wlang nag aassist kung alin ba ung orders namin or kung basta damputin na lang namin kung ano nasa ibabaw ng counter after a minute kung hindi pa namin tinawag ung isang crew eto raw orders namin complete na, dahil alam kong wala masyadong nag eentertain samin ako na nag manual count ng orders at hindi ako nagkamali KULANG ng isang burger steak at take note TAKE OUT kami kung hindi chineck un at kulang babalikan pa namin yang nag iisa na yan dahil hindi nyo kinumpleto. hayyysss napaka poo ng service nyo Jollibee SM Sta Mesa. Lastly

Upon opening our meal we found out na sa 16pcs na 1pcs chicken joy 15pcs LEG Part at undersize pa ang majority nito my god, galit ba kayo sa bulk order anong nangyayare sa service ng jollibee starts from the order menu,counter, kitchen at mga nag aassemble. Sobrang nakaka disappointed na hindi pwedeng hindi bigyan ng reviews at feedback.

Good afternoon po Ilang beses na po kami nag Jollibee sa may Waltermart Plaridel Bulacan ang attitude ng ibang service crew parang hindi sila na seminar when it comes to their customer service nag try kami mag feedback doon sa naka indicate sa receipt but suddenly not works kailangan ma actionan niyo mga ganyang problema that time may isa kaming kasabayan customer na nagrereklamo hinagis yung rice nila sa manok bad behavior, and sana di nila binastos yung ate kong buntis na tinatake nila yung order pero naka nuot ang noo at walang eye to eye contact halatang hindi mahal ang ginagawa wala naman ginagawa pero mga nakasimangot. Ilang beses na kami na balik pero ilang beses namin na encounter sa kanila yang pangit na customer service.

I am a senior citizen and ate at Jollibee SM Cherry congressional ave. When I ordered again for some Sundaes with my grandchildren I noticed that there is just a single line and no priority line for SC so I patiently fell in line with the other customers and when its my turn to order the service crew told me to go to electronic ordering machine fall in line again instead of getting my order. Wow! The female cashier’s nametag is Bins. I left jollibee angry and disappointed and went to Mcdonalds congressional.

This is my worst experience so far with Jollibee crew. The cashier is so sarcastic as she forgot to give the change kaya binalikan namin. I believe that this is not how the company train there employee. I offer her to review the CCTV kung hindi siya convince na di niya nabigay yung sukli but instead of talking with us in a proper manner she just hand over the money without apologizing.

No review to give. For the money you pay for this food, IT AIN'T WORTH IT! A whole bunch of starch with some sauce on top (Family Spaghetti, Palabok and Adobo rice) $39.00 WAS THE TOTAL PRICE! Thanks for a big let down Filipino food place...you won't see me there ever again!

BTW, understanding these are franchises, this was the 3534 W Touhy Ave Skokie, IL 60076 location.

I just want you guys to bring back the original taste of the chicken joy recipe... it's so obvious something has changed to the taste. No concern about the food texture just the taste... I love jollibee eversince...I'm just disappointed...I hope you would do something right...thanks

Hi Ms. Cashier mali mali po yung order na nareceive namin kanina and isang peach mango pie lang iyon and walang drinks eh di namin mahabol si driver because anlayo nya na, alam ko yung pagod as a crew ah kasi Service Crew ako at McDonald's and be attentive and accurate po tayo sa mga orders ni Customer para di magkamali ng punch and para maiwasan yung mga missing items. Sana next time wala ng missing items pag umorder ulit ako.

Location:(Jollibe Santa Rosa Nueva Icija)Masarap naman talaga sa jollibe yung ibang crew lang talaga nakakasira ng image nila.Fast forward nagyaya yung kiabigan ko mag jollibe and to make this short We went to jollibe to have our dinner at tinanong kami ng crew kung dine in ba, medyo di ko marinig kac naka facemask sya at sumabay pa ingay ng speaker nila sa loob ewan ko lang kung pwede magpatugtog sa loob nun pero para saken its a little bit disturbing kase di ko masyado maintindihan ung conversation namin at tinanong kami ng isang crew kung dine in o take out and pinault ko ulit kac maingay nga then She repeated it and I replied'yeah' then sabi pa ng kasama ko "dine in po yan"and we wait for it and finally tinawag na yung name ng kasama ko and na shock nalang kami its ready for take out and nag uusap usap sila kasi nga nagtataka kami kung bakit naka prepare yung order namin for take out tapos yung isang crew nilagay niya yung order sa tray kasi nga dine in kami .Wala naman kami nagawa and we take it coz were very hungry that time then nag struggle yung kasama namin kumain kasi nga dun mismo sa pang take out nakalagay yung food namin.Ang sama lang isipin na they didn't joy offer us na 'sir pwede ba ilipat sa pang dine' in if we would like to and then I write this reviews out of frustration and hunger .Sana naman kasi mas i emplement ang more accomodational traits ng mga crew next time.

Jollibee Kalayaan Ave. Guadalupe Makati. The staff instead of admitting her mistake, she put the blame on me by saying, "dapat Mam sinabi mo sa kin kanina agad" and she kept murmuring and looking at me as if it was my fault.
As a crew, please do not put the blame on the customers. You may ask the customer in a nice way but don't ever let us feel that it's our fault where in fact, it is you DHEYME ODENA. Kulang ang nilagay mo sa order ko. So bakit ako pa ang may mali?

JB0794 seems to be not recognizing the HAPPY PLUS card because for the past month of JUNE 2023 I had visited the branch for about 5 - 6 time and everytime the card is Not Available for transaction.....which is so frustrating.

why jolibee is not serving wings in thier most branches….

everytime magpadeliver, puro basura n parts ang pinapadala nyo. nkkawalang gana na. kahit sa panda alisin ko na sa favorites. kpangit, minsan ka lang mag crave, ang dineliver yung halos wala kahit konting balat. basura na. sa inyo na jollibee nyo. nde na ako oorder jan. yun pa nman nirequest ko dahil me lagnat ako tapos ganyan. kabanas.

Nag order kami sa Jollibee talipapa quirino highway. Pagkain Kasi Ng baby ko. May lasa at amoy po.
