I ordered a pair of glasses, and had to pay 45 euros in duties to receive it in France. However my order was never delivered. I contacted customer service and they said it was a customs delay but they would send another pair if 5 days went by and I still didn't receive the glasses. After that customer service stopped responding to me. So no glasses or refund on the 180 euro transaction not including the duties.
Update: after lexxola read my review they finally followed up and offered to send a new pair of glasses if my order didn’t show up by end of week. Well my order never appeared and lexxola again stopped responding to me. Also the glasses I initially ordered are completely sold out. I would avoid buying from this company!
Another update: customer service only responds to me when I add my review to trustpilot. They offered to send me replacement glasses however they never gave me a ship date and stopped replying when I asked when the replacement will be shipped out. It’s inane this company will happily take your money but make it so difficult to get your order and will blatantly ignore you. They treat their customers like crap

I had purchased two pairs of sunglasses and unfortunately one of them came scratched so I reached out to customer support & they gave me GREAT options to choose from. I really appreciate how they take the time to go through the process and ultimately I ended up upgrading free of charge. This just shows how Above & Beyond the service is and I will continue to support this business. Shout out to Emily for being a great support agent!

After a bit of indecision post-purchase about which color of the Jordy sunglasses would suit me best, I reached out to see if I could switch my order. Emily was not only responsive but incredibly accommodating, making the process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction to this degree. Very special thank you to Emily who I had a pleasure to talk over the email. Unfortunately my package got lost by USP and I had to leave the country so after getting in touch with Lexxola, Emily emailed me back very fast. Very sweet and professional. She said they will be refunding the package as it has already arrived back to them. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

Had slight issues with one of the glasses i received and was immediately helped, treated kindly, and given a solution. I was helped by Emily and truly the experience i was given by her makes me want to rebuy all their products.
