Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents Reviews

Zac theodorou was very kind, helpful and on time, he gave us enough time to explore the property and ask questions.

Shuhan is exactly the kind of estate agent you want representing you. Our recent move involved a super slow conveyancer holding up the rest of the chain. Shuhan went completely above and beyond his actual job description to apply pressure, bypass the blockages, and get our exchange over the line. He is proactive, doesn't accept excuses from other parties, and kept us constantly updated. Fantastic service from start to finish.

I was a property buyer, therefore not Martyn Gerrard’s client. However from the outset when being shown around properties I felt I was treated in an honest and straightforward way. The agents were incredibly helpful (particularly Yasmin) and all my questions were answered quickly and comprehensively. When the time comes to sell my property I am planning to use Martyn Gerrard as I wish prospective buyers to have the same experience as I had.

They are a good agency providing great help through referencing especially shivali .she been very helpful and always answered my questions. I would recommend.

So far our experience finding and securing a rental in London has been a smooth and stress-free process because of Dan and MG. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a really good experience overall. Nayeem was especially helpful throughout the process always responsive, patient, and supportive. He made everything much smoother for us. We really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend

Matthew was super helpful and excellent with communication. The property we were looking at wasn't quite the right fit but we appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness from Matthew!

We had a really positive experience with Martyn Gerrard. Alexia and Nayeem were both very helpful and responsive throughout the process. They supported us at every stage and made everything much easier. We really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend

Emails and phone messages ignored. The claims of Mr Gerrard on their website of customer service and trust are nonsense

Martyn Gerrard were excellent right from the start. James valuation was spot on and we had several buyers bidding to buy our house. Both Usman and Treon kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and guided us through each step. I highly recommend this company.

Matthew was very friendly and answered all my questions with patience and understanding.

Athena was energetic, helpful and understanding through the purchase of my mother’s apartment.

She kept on top of everything and was extremely accommodating when required

Matthew has been extremely helpful throughout the process, has always been available and answered any questions I’ve had

Daniel Harris! Helpful understanding approachable! I was nervous and unenthusiastic! Professional emails and made himself easy to contact! Almost made flat hunting fun!!

Daniel was friendly and professional and helped us sort our tenancy. I would recommend working with him.

Daniel at MG has been a superstar! Within days of my tenants giving notice he had found new ones! Communication has been great all the way through the process too! Many thanks for making this so easy to manage!

Andrew and Shivali were absolutely fantastic in helping us secure our first flat in London. Everything was explained in clear, easy to understand language, they were so accommodating to our needs and very patient given we were moving from overseas with an awful timezone difference! We felt more and more confident with each chat we had and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. Thank you so much for making our move to the UK less stressful!

Excellent service, communication and professionalism from Matthew, Ralph and Sheriaz. They have held and guided the process of the rental services for my property in the most excellent of way. They have exceeded my expectations and continually went above and beyond to call of duty. I am very grateful.

she’s rude and made me feel really uncomfortable
