Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents Reviews

Matthew, Sheriaz and Amelia were all very helpful. Fantastic service all-round. 10/10

Shivali has been great with our tenancy process. As first time renters we had no idea how the process worked but Shivali answered all our questions and made everything super easy for us to understand . The process was complete in less than a week after viewing. Highly recommend Martyn Gerrard.

Really happy overall with Anna at MG Finchley Central. She was attentive, patient, flexible, and consistent throughout the process. I felt that she genuinely listened to my needs in terms of both the rental property and the area.

Thanks to her support, I was able to find a property and successfully negotiate terms that worked well for me. I’d definitely recommend Anna to anyone looking for a smooth and supportive experience.

I would definitely use MG services again.

I originally bought my flat through Martin Gerrard, so when I moved overseas they were the obvious choice to manage the rental. I ended up working with them for more than 3 years and they made it all very easy. Being out of the country, I needed someone I could trust to just get on with things and they did. Tenancies, maintenance, keeping the place occupied - it was all handled smoothly, and they kept me properly in the loop without overdoing it.

I also used them for the sale and had the same experience. Good communication, well managed, no unnecessary stress. A solid, reliable team to work with.

We had a great experience with Wai Lee from Martyn Gerrard, Finchley. He was really good at managing our flat block in Harrow, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and dedication. His knowledge and approach provided us with the best service possible. Highly recommended Marty Gerrard Estate Agents!

Wai Lee, Property Manager has looked after our block for the last 5 years. Wai has been diligent, proactive, professional in his dealings with the block's Directors and, his management of the various block issues has been exemplary. Sorry to see Wai moving on, but hope he brings his enthusiasm and drive to whichever new firm is fortunate enough to employ him. Best of luck, Wai.

Wai was a pleasure to deal with.. A fantastic property manager

Faisal and Sophie provided excellent service in letting my home. Faisal guided me like a trusted friend throughout the process. He is an asset to the company. The whole team is very helpful. I can highly recommend Martyn Gerrard.

Ellie Kyprianou always quick and efficient!

A first class service in selling our house from start to finish from Craig & Fatmir at Martyn Gerrard.

Highly recommended.

From the very start of my dealings with the team, responses and follow-ups were prompt and professional. There was a high degree of straightforwardness and honesty which I really appreciated and a sense of fairness even though the team were working on behalf of the vendor. Following the acceptance of our offer the team were in regular contact to keep things moving and offered help as we needed. Overall I was impressed by the professionalism and approachability of the team and the high level of customer service.

4 star review only for one Block manager - Wai Lee- since he joined Martyn Gerard about 5 years ago and has been managing our block. He has been excellent- always available at the end of a phone, getting problems resolved asap and winning my trust back with Martyn Gerrard. If it were not for Wai Lee- I would have not stayed with Martyn Gerrard. Do hope you ever takes over from him shares his excellent work ethic.

I had a great experience with Anthony Spittle of Martyn Gerald.
He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the rental process.

Anthony and his team at Martyn Gerrard just know the score. They keep in constant touch and even more important are always available to give advice — and good advice at that. In my most recent dealing his team advertised, found a tenant and sealed a deal within three days. All this, without taking shortcuts. I cannot commend them enough.

Good experience finding a lovely rental with Martyn Gerard. From the get go, Sophie was open and approachable, and Alexia was helpful and responsive with all our questions. Thanks so much both for your hard work.

We had a fantastic experience with Mittio. From start to finish, he made the entire rental process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. His communication was always clear and prompt, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently.

What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail—nothing felt rushed or overlooked. He made what can often be a complicated process feel completely seamless.

We’re very grateful for his support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy agent.
