Absolutely fantastic and amazing team!! Georgia was amazing and helped me the entire time. It is my first time renting, which meant I had a lot of questions and the process took a long time- but Georgia was incredible and I was very lucky to have her helping me!! Officially got the keys today and couldn’t be happier!

Awful company, rude staff and all together was an experience that no one should go through! I raised a range of concerns, the main one being an infestation of spiders in which I was unable to move in because of. the staff were very unhelpful and the communication was absolutely disgraceful. When I handed in my notice, I still had valuable belongings in the property as I still had weeks before the tenancy end date. I found out that staff had been going in to conduct veiwings whilst my name was on the tenancy without contacting me first (the tenancy agreement states that they have to provide 48hours notice before entering). There was many other issues that the company wouldn’t resolve. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism especially Georgias communication, extremely rude and snarky. What a waste of money, I would highly suggest to rent/buy with a different company as this joke of a company is not worth wasting your time on.

Im a landlord of a HMO property in middlesbrough.
I live down south, 5 hours away.
From the start the communication had been amazing, weekly calls and updates. Always keeping me in the loop with how the property is going.
Would recommend them anyone and everyone.

Since contacting My Property box agent, Polly, to moving in took maybe 8-9 days, so fast process and references checks.
The room is perfect for my needs, everything is at advertised and everyone who I was in contact was very friendly, helpful and professional: Polly, Hari and Ellis! Can't thank them enoungh for helping me move in so fast to the property.
House mates are also friendly and respectful so Im very happy with the service of My property box!
