Staff are friendly but the care is not.
Ellis was helpful and the move in was fast and simple but the repairs and maintenance has been severly lacking, on the intial viewing I brought up the broken wardrobe and chest of drawers then on the move in it hadn't been repaired phoned and emailed regarding it and added the other issues like the light switch sparking bed frame being split the door damper failing and the cupboards Falling off in the kitchen. still non of which repaired regardless of the 3 days policy about household electric failures. the customer service was good but the rest was lacking.

Great Staff (Ellis) and experience
I cannot recommend this company enough, prompt with communication and have a wide range of properties around Middlesbrough and Darlington.
Ellis was a huge help and has an admirable work ethic. He answered all questions perfectly, transparently and when we needed it the most helped accordingly. Looking forward to future opportunities.

I have used this company for every one…
I have used this company for every one of my buy to lets so far and everything has gone really smoothly. Even when there has been an issue the girls have been straight in the phone and sorted it all for me. I have also secured a couple of properties through them too and again I can only speak positively about my experience.
Both Georgias and Holly have been great to deal with and any new properties I acquire I will be going back to them.
