My care and support needs have been very well understood and I've been supported very well. Christine and Eiffa have both been amazing and because national debt helpline is a free, independent and impartial service i can trust them with all the relevant financial information to help me make the best choice, in my own best interest instead of in my creditors interest. And, although it's too early to tell the outcome of my financial solution, a great weight off my mind has been lifted, knowing I'm getting all the debts sorted in one go. Thank you so much ❤️

I had a bailiff turn up at my home trying to reclaim money from someone who didn't live here. The advice I received was both helpful and reassuring.

I'm currently in a call queue where I have been waiting for my call to answered for 2hr and 19 mins. In what world is this acceptable??? People who are stressed and dealing with already overwhelming stress should not be waiting.

Very great service

I had an awful experience working for National Debtline. After taking around a month off due to a very close family bereavement alongside serious personal health struggles, I returned to work on a phased return agreed by management. Within days, they ended my employment just before my probation period finished, which felt completely deliberate so they could dismiss me more easily.

What shocked me most was the complete lack of compassion and empathy from management, especially considering the nature of the job. Instead of support, I was met with intrusive questioning and nitpicking about my bereavement, almost as if my reaction to losing someone close was abnormal. In my dismissal letter, they also claimed they had not seen much development from me, despite me having emails and quality monitoring feedback proving I was performing well and regularly receiving positive feedback. It honestly felt like excuses were being made up to justify dismissing me.
