Table was very heavy and needed 2 people for the top to carry and place on the structure. Beautiful table, very well made and with the 2 sets of drawers its amazing. Would recommend

I ordered a single desk for home use. While the product itself was fine, the delivery and customer support were very disappointing.

The individual desk arrived in two boxes secured to two full pallet crate. While being excessive packaging for shipping - as a residential customer, I have no practical way to dispose of pallet crates, and this was not something I was meaningfully aware of at the point of purchase, nor something you would reasonably expect when ordering a single desk for home delivery.

When I contacted the company, they confirmed they would not collect the pallet or offer ANY assistance, pointing out that responsibility for pallet disposal is mentioned in post-order communications, and suggesting I dispose of it myself via Facebook or Gumtree (neither of which I use).

This approach may be acceptable for trade customers, but it is poorly suited to residential buyers and creates unnecessary inconvenience and potential additional disposal costs. I will not be using this company again.

I would also advise residential customers to avoid ordering unless delivery arrangements for home customers are made clearer and more appropriate.
