Great product coupled with outstanding customer service.
The under desk filing cabinet we ordered far exceeded our expectations. It looks good, sturdy and we were happily surprised it arrived fully assembled except for the wheels and handles which took less than 10mins to attach. For those factors alone we consider the cabinet excellent value for money.
We paid a delivery premium for next day delivery or option to choose a delivery day. We chose the latter option as we were not available for next day delivery but wanted it the day after. However , the delivery date defaulted to next day delivery as I did not specify our desired delivery date.
I emailed Office Monster to advise I did not want next day delivery but to have it delivered the following day. Received an email from courier confirming next day delivery so then called Office Monster and spoke to their representative Mia who told me she’d contact the courier and see what could be arranged and call me back. Didn’t have to wait long as Mia called back and advised she’d arranged with courier to delay the delivery until the following day to meet our needs. Mia explained I would be getting new messages from courier with new delivery date/time but she’d check in the morning to ensure the delivery date had been amended. Mia duly contacted me next day and confirmed delivery had been amended and I’d receive the cabinet the next day. On day of delivery I received another email from Mia to make sure I’d received a delivery time slot and later at close of business sent another to make sure cabinet had been delivered and I was happy with everything.
I can’t remember ever receiving such excellent customer service regards a problem with an order. It was refreshing from the start that my call was answered promptly and that Mia appreciated my concern, had all my details to hand and clearly knew what she was doing and called me back quickly so I did not have to wait for long wondering what the outcome would be.
I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I felt it was truly merited and especially given my experience it’s becoming increasingly more difficult and time consuming when things go awry. Reviews of the quality of a product is often detrimental simply because buyers are unhappy with poor customer service but in this case despite a delivery hiccup it’s a pleasure to say we’ve no complaints and very happy with all aspects of the transaction.

Laura excellent customer service
Laura was extremely helpful when I asked where the diary I had ordered had got to. She checked the stock level and advised the due date had been pushed back. She apologised and offered to check for alternatives. She kept the diary on back order and explained that when the stock was received, the diary would be automatically dispatched. She then advised me that it had been delivered and emailed to check that everything was okay with the item.

NO INVOICE!
Good delivery via DPD but OM does not provide an invoice. You have to waste time asking for it. You can't even go into your account and click a link to get it. Very annoying. And very slow, annoying website. I will try to remember not to use them in future.
