Great quality furniture, good price and quick delivery

Bought a desk and drawer combo. Prices seem steep at first but when its all set up you realise its worth it. Desk is very heavy duty and reliable, drawers are well built and arrived pre-built. I had to pay for a third-party pallet delivery which I didn't expect at the price point, but it was covered by the back to school discount they had at the time. Overall can't fault it.

Damaged items

Delivery was good it was well packaged. Instructions not easy to follow. Hinges for doors were bot in package but very helpful and sent quickly. Very solid cupboard very pleased with it.

Some parts were damaged. Also the pallet delivery service is not good as you have to life the heavy table by yourself and need to find a way to dump the pallet itself.

As a company we have spent over £2k with them in the last 6 months kitting out our ever expanding offices with no issues. For the first time I placed an order and begrudgingly paid the £79 next day delivery charge only to have a desk and pedestal ‘abandoned’ on the footpath outside. The driver then watched as 3 women attempted to carry this furniture up 7 stairs and inside the office.
Every other delivery time, furniture is ‘delivered’ and placed in the doorway.

I called the company and spoke to transport dept, who weren’t in the slightest bit interested and just told me that it did state kerbside only in a confirmation email.

Perhaps if you’re going to use a third party for your next day deliveries, you should ask them to provide a service that warrants a £79 delivery charge!

Really helpful staff from initial enquiry through to booking of delivery and great delivery guys.
I purchased a cantilever desk; tall bookcase; low storage cupboard and two drawer pedestal. All the furniture is very solid, extremely well made and easily assembled. The only two niggles are that the diagrams did not show the triangular tiny holes in the center of the internal top and bottom of both the cupboard and the bookcase, this resulted in having to partly disassemble the storage cupboard as I had put the holes at the rear when they were needed at the front for the door catches! The only other issues is the pedestal really needs an additional small castor on the front middle of the file drawer because without it (and extreme caution) when open the weight of files tips the whole unit up. I would recommend this company and the furniture due to the quality of the products.

My order was delivered on time and in good condition. The cupboard is good quality and sturdy. I would have given 5 stars but the assembly instructions need improvement.

Good website with excellent range of products, clear descriptions, sizing and options. Delivery was fast and very efficient from the pallet company, who delivered right to my door. Not sure what to do with the pallets but I'll think of something.

We ordered the wrong size office cupboard and with a quick phone call call this was sorted and within a week a new one arrived and our cupboard taken away. Very helpful staff.

Solid made bookcase, assembly instructions could be clearer

Unfortunately when the desk arrived it had 2 left legs! As the previous desk had already been disposed of I had no choice but to use what had been delivered. Out with the tools and some new screw holes drilled and tapped and success. Happy with the desk, and the price but didn't want/expect to have to modify it.
