My Husband bought a vehicle from NWTC, the process was smooth and hassle free ,Senior sales staff member Stuart , and sales staff Ben and Kieron showed excellent people skills, went through all the paperwork, transferred the tax over from the part exchanged vehicle ( excellent price given too), I can highly recommend NWTC .

Stuart was excellant in all matters, concerning buying a car , from transfering the log book to helping taxing the car and also sortingout the log book for the car we part exchange.
Stuart is a very friendly person , makes you feel at ease and able to answer any question concerning the car your purchasing.

Worst experience in 30 years of driving!!!! Bought my car through finance supplied by the dealership, only finance company I’ve ever heard of that doesn’t have a 14 day cooling off period (trading standards said this needs to be investigated). Went to collect my car 2 hours away, got to dealership and car had no valid MOT so couldn’t collect. Had to meet them half way to the dealership to collect the car 2 days later after they promised to deliver it to my home address which obviously they didn’t. Was promised a full tank of fuel and reimbursement for previous travel which I didn’t get. Was also promised a full valet inside and out, vehicle was covered in mould inside, I had to organise a private company to complete the valet at a cost of £230 to remove the mould. Dealership then ignored all emails and phone calls when I tried to get back in touch with them. I would never deal with this company again and urge you to only use them as a very, very, very last resort!!!!
