Day I picked up the car was smooth sailing all handled well by Jake K.

I reserved a car online after being told the fee was fully refundable if I didn’t go ahead. When I viewed the car, it was in noticeably worse condition than advertised, so I declined the sale. I was assured the £100 reservation fee would be refunded.

Weeks later, I’m still waiting. I’ve made several phone calls and have been given a different story every time. Their terms clearly state refunds are issued within 14 days and returned to the original payment method, yet I’ve now been told it can only be done by bank transfer. I was also refused any contact details for a manager or head office, and told that head office “isn’t set up properly” to deal with complaints.

I’ve now had to escalate the issue through my credit card provider. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. The car was not as described, and the level of customer service I’ve experienced has been extremely poor.

Aidan was lovely and helped us loads when I was looking for my second car. Can’t fault! Great people x
