Received excellent service from ODT, they sold both my property and a flat without any problems. The real test of their professional expertise and patience came when I purchased my bungalow, they dealt with the Estate Agent who failed to accurately give details regarding a Service Charge, failed to give accurate figures regarding shared ownership and a seller who failed to give basic and accurate information without numerous requests.
