Great service! Very professionals always prompt

I approached local Solicitors ODT when I was in the process of selling my flat. I was a bit nervous doing this by myself but I needn’t have worried, Sophie was very helpful, explained everything and put my mind at rest. She kept me updated by email and it all took less time than I imagined.

Very personal and efficient service. Excellent communication

Excellent service

This was a complex sale involving five solicitors and with two of them on holiday at the same time. But throughout the 11 week sale, Jack Wingrove, Danielle Rigg and Rupert Taylor were professional, reassuring and gave expert advice. We’ve used them for years and will continue to do so.

Helpful, pertinent advice and great communication throughout.

Everything was completed without fuss, quickly and efficiently

Professional responsive knowledgeable

The team kept me informed which I really appreciated.
This can be a stressful time, but I felt the whole team were working together to help with my house sale.
Thank you all.

Daisy was wonderful from our first phone call, to the completion of the Deed I needed drawing up. Extremely friendly, helpful, calm and efficient and a genuinely lovely person. Always kept in contact and responded speedily to any queries, even on her day off! Literally a ray of light compared with most legal dealings.
Jenny on reception was wonderful too, so friendly and helpful, and another lady I met in the lift, who helped me, but I didn't get her name.
I would recommend ODT to anyone- seems like a brilliant place all round and I will definitely use them again.

Louise Bunting at ODT was really helpful during a very difficult sale. She was always very responsive and tried to keep costs to a minimum despite a lengthy sale process and remained friendly and professional even when the buyer's solicitor was a nightmare. Would definitely recommend

We have been very satisfied with the service we received from Sally Peake and her assistant Louise Heritage at ODT Solicitors during our recent property purchase. Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every step was handled correctly and efficiently.

Sally and Louise kept us informed every step of the way, promptly answering any questions we had and proactively providing updates. This clear communication instilled confidence and made the process stress-free.

Furthermore, the fees were very reasonable and transparent. We never felt any hidden costs or unexpected charges, which added to the positive experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Sally to anyone seeking a professional, personable, and detail-oriented solicitor for their property needs. They made our purchase a smooth and stress-free experience, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
