Fabulous Customer Service
The product itself (a big right hand return desk) is very good: solid, good quality, aesthetically pleasing and well built.
However, what really stood out, from my very first contact with Office Monster was the truly outstanding customer service.
I sent an email in the middle of November with a couple of queries. Within a couple of hours, Laura Boyden had got back to me and actually answered the specific questions I had asked, and provided additional information. Such a refreshing change to be able to deal with a human being, rather than a bot, who actually responds quickly, efficiently and with a very friendly manner.
This continued through the whole process. I didn't need delivery until January, and Laura managed the whole thing expertly, and did exactly what she said she would do, every time. Faultless!
I did actually find the same product about £150 cheaper from a different supplier, but chose to stick with Office Monster because I had absolute confidence that they would deliver on all their promises, and if that anything had been amiss (it wasn't), Laura would have sorted it very quickly and to my satisfaction.
Personally, I would prefer to pay a little more and have that peace of mind, knowing that everything will be dealt with to perfection, especially when spending well over £1000.
I would only ever order from Office Monster again for any office furniture or supplies.

Office Furniture for home
Excellent service from start to finish. The products were really good quality, especially for the price, and the fact that the drawers arrived fully built was a huge bonus. Delivery was fast and well organised – they called in advance and arranged a convenient delivery time, which made the whole process very straightforward.
Laura was brilliant throughout, with clear communication and great follow-up, which made a real difference. Overall, a very professional and reliable company. I would highly recommend Office Monster and will definitely be using them again.

My 'two' office chairs arrived :(
My 'two' office chairs arrived today.
Only one and a half chairs in the box.
Very disapointed....im hoping Office Monster can resolve this soon :(
.....update...the customer service is very helpful and are trying to sort this out now for me. Looks likely it is the fault of the delivery/courier company and I will have the replacement parts sent out soon :)

New replacement parts sent and received super quick.
Very pleased with the Office Monster customer service for sorting this out so quick even though the problem was caused by the the courier.

Making the order was easy.
There was some damaged with one part of the order so I called straight away.
I was advised to send an email, I had a response within minutes to say they will collect the damaged item and send out a replacement.
The next day the courier arrived with the new one and took the damaged one away.
I had a follow up email later that day from them to make sure the items were collected and delivered.

Have used these people before and…
Have used these people before and received very good service. This time used them again as competitive price and good delivery given. Would have given them 5 stars but
delivery date was missed. Given a Friday delivery but not
delivered until the following
Monday. In fairness delivery was always weekdays so they actually only missed by one day. Will use them again if price is right.

Ordered a desk today only to find it's Out of Stock
EDITED: Turns out it may have been my error in not seeing a small box that said 'out of stock', the company have done everything to put this right for me, so changed my review from 2 to 4 stars!
Ordered a desk today, paid £29.99 for next day delivery, only to receive an email later in the day saying the item was out of stock until 23rd December (today is 4th December).
Edited: Looked at the option of buying this product from other sites, they were all cheaper, but again, most comments on Trust Pilot showed that most of the 'office furniture' companies, that I came across selling this product 'Adapt desks', also were regularly out of stock, and they don't necessarily show this on ordering, so Office Monster whilst not the cheapest are probably one of the better companies.

Fabuous experience from beginning to end.
Fabuous experience from beginning to end. Good range of products and prices. I purchased a filing cabinet from the less espensive range and the quality is excellent. Easy to order, communication throughout was excellent. Laura was really helpful, responding promptly to any queries. Delivery was as scheduled and the boys were courteous and helpful, making sure that the customer was happy, despite this being the last delivery of what appeared to be a very long day.
This company clearly puts the customer as the main focus of their business. I will definetly be ordering from them again and will recommend to all.

Great service
I only use the company once a year for a desk calendar refill I can't buy in local shops. It is competitively priced but I feel that postage is too much when it could easily fit in a DL envelope for normal 2nd class postage. However, that said, my order is dealt with promptly and I receive it within 3 days, so no complaint there! Great service thanks.
