Office Monster recently supplied and delivered all of our new office furniture, and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally, communication was clear and straightforward, and the team made the whole process completely hassle-free.

Putting the customer first
Excellent. Laura was exceedingly helpful when I mistakenly thought there were components missing from my bookshelf purchase and arranged to send replacements, no questions asked. And there were no issues when I owned up to the mistake. This is definitively putting the customer first!

When the original date was changed I…
When the original date was changed I wasn't best pleased. I understand it wasn't done deliberately so for the saje of a couple of weeks my units duly arrived and I am very pleased with them overall. All matching furniture now in my home office.

Excellent service
We have used Office monster on two separate occasions and both time we received the furniture quickly. The installation team were polite and built the furniture quickly and removed all the cardboard boxes on the way out.

Extremely quick, easy and efficient service
I recently ordered an office chair for home which was required urgently because of a medical problem and to arrive assembled. The designated delivery date was at an inconvenient time due to a hospital appointment and the amazingly-efficient customer support person, Laura Boydon, ensured that the chair was delivered extremely quickly, with minimum of fuss and with constant updates to me. I was extremely impressed with the service and the product and would recommend this company to prospective customers, to add to the many other glowing customer references already posted.

Laura was really helpful and clear. Laura took my query and made sure it was sorted, all to my preferences! I had an issue where items were being delivered at different times, where I wouldn't be on site to receive, and Laura made sure this was communicated to the couriers, and amends were made where possible.

Amazing Customer Service from Max
I had to get into contact with Office Monster as one of our items was missing a small element of it. Max Daniels dealt with our problem quickly and professionally and kept me up to date through the whole process as this went to the supplier and then dispatch.
As far as issues go with missing bits from an order, the process with Max was trouble free and the missing parts arrived within 48 hours so you can't really get much better than that!
