Hard No. Book Direct Instead. Payment Taken, Flights Not Confirmed
Hard no. NO NO NO. Save yourself from the anxiety, stress and uncertainty. For me, no amount of savings was worth this experience.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I selected a specific itinerary, paid in full, and only afterwards was told that the itinerary might not be available and that alternative dates or arrangements may be required. As a customer, I find it unacceptable that payment was accepted before availability was properly confirmed.
If the flight was not available, the payment should not have been accepted. It is that simple.
I was also surprised to receive phone calls almost immediately after entering my contact details while trying to complete what I believed was a straightforward online booking. I was not seeking assistance and intended to complete the booking independently. Being contacted in this way was unexpected and made the process feel more like a sales funnel than a normal online booking experience.
After researching reviews more closely, I discovered that I was not the first customer to raise concerns about fare availability, price discrepancies, or itinerary changes after booking. The warnings were there, but they were buried beneath the positive reviews.
Never again.
Next time I will either book directly with the airline or use a reputable travel agency with a proven track record. It may cost more, but at least I know what I am buying, what I am paying for, and whether the ticket actually exists before my money leaves my account.

Change of flight within minutes …
I found it very strange within minutes of completing my booking I got a phone call to say my flights had been changed by the airline. Those original flights are still available on many other sites. Nothing I could do about it.
