I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience due to the lack of clarity and misleading information provided on your website. The website clearly mentioned that meals, Wi-Fi, and other facilities were included in my ticket. However, during boarding, the staff informed me that these facilities were not included in my booking.
This was extremely frustrating, especially as I was travelling with two children. I had made my travel arrangements based on the information provided on your website,
Additionaly when I requested an upgrade to Premium Economy for my return journey so that I could travel more comfortably after this unpleasant experience, your team was unable to provide any assistance.
