I was seeking an alternative site after…
I was seeking an alternative site after trying to complete Orient. As I could not confirm a seat. I received a call from Alex asking if he could assist me. Alex detailed the situation however, he could not match the price over the phone. I continued to experience issues with my booking confirmation. I called Alex back twice to finally have the issue resolved.
