Absolutely terrible.
I booked my flights but was unable to manage my flights with Singapore Airlines because a one off code kept being sent to an email address within Orient Vacations and not my email address, so I couldn't do anything with my booking. Emailed them several times abd got no reply. Phoned them three times and they refused to update my email address. Stay well away from this business

Biggest air tickets SCAMMERS
I purchased online business class ticket Sydney to HK, was paid in same time, several hours passed not recieved ticket yet an i rang them for confirmation, im was so lucky i rang them, they are saying i purchased economy class ticket, i have screen shot video recorded what i purchased but help line from India, they are trying to scamming me! 48hrs passed and im trying to get my refund, they are keep put me on hold and no solutions, keep cal;ling them and idia again and no solutions again, now im trying to contact my CC bank.

This site advertises falsely low prices, then tells you (after you enter all your details and click 'pay') that the price is no longer available. It's bait-and-switch pricing. They then phone you multiple times to try to get you to buy a higher priced fare.

Difficulties handled professionally
I had difficulty with finding out after my booking that my Aussie passport would
Not be accepted for entry to UK. My UK passport expired 13 years prior. I was stressed and they helped me easily rebook my flight with many changes. They were never irritated by my requests and were very polite. They made an incredibly stressful and upsetting situation bearable.
