Kate organised our holiday recently to Zanzibar. It was very last-minute, but everything was just perfect! From being checked in and having tickets sent to us via app and email, to easy boarding, perfect flight timings, and seamless transfers.
Our hotel was absolutely spot-on. Kate really listens to what type of hotel best suits your needs, patiently guides you while you decide, and picks the perfect place. She is extremely easy to talk to, has a lovely manner, and is thoroughly professional.
Kate is certainly the person to book all your holidays with—she is always easy to contact and constantly on hand to help. We were very lucky to find Kate from Out of This World Travel! We are now looking forward to a huge trip at Christmas, all planned by Kate, to Bangkok, Thailand, and Abu Dhabi.

Ben organises our holidays for us every year and did another great job again this time!
We visited Florida and stayed in 6 different hotels with a number of excursions booked too, and everything went very smoothly.

Ben always takes the time to listen to exactly what we’re looking for and manages to find us fantastic holidays every time. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and every aspect of the holiday and travel is taken care of, giving us complete peace of mind.

The app is brilliant too…. having all our documents and holiday information in one place makes everything so easy and convenient. It’s also reassuring to know that one of the team is always at the end of the phone if we need them.

During our holiday this year, we needed to contact the team regarding our transfer back home. Our query was responded to and sorted incredibly quickly, which removed a lot of anxiety and allowed us to get on with enjoying the rest of our holiday.

We’ve used Out of this World travel before and so had no hesitation in using them again because of the first class service they have given in the past. The whole process from enquiry to actual booking was handled professionally and without any pressure. The communication with Ben and Karen has been excellent throughout and our holiday went without a hitch! We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise and all the extras (flights, transfers, overnight stay, etc) were well organised and lived up to expectations.

I recently celebrated a milestone birthday at Grand Sirenis in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and it was truly the holiday of a lifetime.
From the very beginning, the service Kate provided was absolutely exceptional. She came highly recommended, and after experiencing her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care firsthand, I can completely understand why. Every conversation was effortless, and she took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, ensuring every detail helped create an unforgettable and stress-free experience.
One of the highlights was the thoughtful surprise gifts from Kate, which were completely unexpected and made my birthday feel even more special. It was such a personal touch and showed how much she genuinely cares about her clients.

Karen, our concierge, was also fantastic. She was always available to answer any questions we had, sent helpful reminders through the app, and provided outstanding service throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

​Outstanding service for a last-minute family holiday!
​I’ve booked numerous holidays with Ben now, and every single one has been amazing.
This time, I contacted him with a massive ask: to arrange a holiday departing in just a few days, leaving the destination entirely up to him.
​Because this was my first time travelling abroad alone with my two young children, I needed options that fit our specific needs. Ben delivered perfectly, providing several excellent choices. We opted for an all-inclusive stay at the Porto Carras Meliton in Halkidiki, Greece, and it did not disappoint.
​As soon as the booking was confirmed, Karen leapt into action. With only 2 or 3 days before departure, she sorted absolutely everything seamlessly.
The kids had an amazing time, the hotel was beautiful, and I got to enjoy a completely stress-free getaway making memories with my children.
I highly recommend Ben and his team to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

Have booked with Ben four holidays now and would not use anyone else. Options were given for our holiday to Croatia taking into account our budget and likes and dislikes saving us hours from trawling the internet. Booking process was seamless with Ben giving the personal touch followed by Karen’s personal concierge service reminding us of booking seats etc. Karen then spoke to us the week before we travelled checking we had everything we needed and answering any queries. The app is also very good and contains all the booking information etc with a countdown to travel date. Messages regarding departure gates etc were also sent via the app. Ben contacted us once we had arrived to check all was ok and again once we were home. A very personal service as travel agents used to be and we cannot recommend them enough.

Ben and his team were superb with all stages of the booking and took the time to ask about things that we had not even thought off!
They were fantastic at making sure that things were running correctly and that we had all the documentation etc that was required for the trip.
We chose the hotel we wanted to stay at and Ben's team just did the rest.
I certainly will be using them again, a great team.

Kate recently booked a last minute holiday to South Africa (Safari, Cape Town & Johannesburg) for a Birthday celebration. From the day we spoke Kate was so helpful, made my holiday booking enjoyable and had excellent communication throughout. The hotels, The Safari Lodge and all locations were all excellent and its just made our holiday a once in a life time experience. Kate is incredible! Booking holidays with her is a game changer. She totally gets our family’s requirements and delivers a brilliant service every time. Our latest holiday to Dubai got cancelled due to conflict and she was ahead of the curve with getting us rebooked with the exact holiday we want in new location. Ben was extremely helpful in offering advice and ensuring the holiday came in within budget.
Unfortunately we were caught in the no UAE flight travel. Ben made contact with me anticipating the potential disruption before it even became an issue!
Within a few days the holiday was cancelled, full refund arranged and new destination, hotels, transfers and flights booked....very last minute.

I can’t speak highly enough about the service we received from Ben and his team. From start to finish the frequency and quality of communication was superb. They work to whatever your budget is, no question is a stupid one and they stay on hand for the entire duration of your holiday. We got caught up in the Middle East disruption on the way back from Thailand and Ben was beyond amazing. Will 100% use them again and have already recommended to some work colleagues.

Personalised, fantastic service, available outside of the usual 9-5pm which is really useful for me! I always appreciate the effort and time put into finding the right hotels and accommodation at the quoting stage to make sure you get the best possible location and hotel for your budget. Ben and Karen organised the most wonderful honeymoon for us this January, coordinating a sightseeing tour around northern India as well as a week in the Maldives. We felt so looked after the entire time and could not fault the care we received from the team. We had an amazing experience booking our honeymoon through OUT of this WORLD Travel.

Ben was fantastic from the very beginning — he talked us through all of our options, created different budget choices, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Once we decided, he booked everything for us and kept us regularly updated about any flight changes, staying in constant contact throughout.

Karen was our concierge and she was equally brilliant. She took care of all our online check-ins and was always available to answer any questions we had.
