Kate was fantastic

Having seen her start her journey in working in the industry, her knowledge of all the options for our October holiday was incredible.

Once a decision was made, no job was too big or small for her, it took all the pressure off me to sort out arrangements, flights, hotels, experiences, checking in, everything was covered. The fact that she would respond to any query within a matter of minutes was brilliant and reassuring.

It enabled us to enjoy our holiday without the usual build up of stress of organisation including coming back as well.

Will certainly be using her services again for our next trip away

Kate at OUT of this WORLD Travel was brilliant!! my whole experience from giving Kate the locations I was most keen to visit to her delivering the options available to me made the whole process from start to finish so easy and enjoyable, I felt really well looked after because so much care and thought went into her research for my perfect holiday!

Our trip to Japan was everything we wanted it to be. Our brief was that we wanted to travel independently but with a bit of help. Amanda sorted flights and an itinerary with ‘Inside Japan’ who were fabulous. Their guides in Tokyo and Kyoto were knowledgeable and took us away from the usual tourist hotspots to get a good idea of the culture. We had the reassurance of Ben and Karen keeping an eye on us. Ben helped with a query about the timing of the guide in Kyoto and Karen pointed out that we weren’t checked into our connecting flight home so that I could get that sorted.
All in all an amazing trip with lots of highlights and we will definitely be back to Japan and we will use Out of this World again too.

Fabulous 10 days in Slovenia

Beautiful country - stayed in Ljubljana, Lake Bled and the Logar Valley.
High quality food and wine and beautiful scenery.

Kenya safari and beach trip, amazing! Ben arranged the perfect itinerary for us and it did not disappoint, 3 fabulous safari lodges. We had a great driver for the 3 day safari, very knowledgable and friendly. The beach hotel was relaxing and the perfect 2nd half of our trip. Ben suggested a day pass at a hotel near the airport when our flights changed and gave us a longer wait between connecting flights. I would absolutely do this in future where we have more than a few hours. Karen was helpful and as always fully on top of check ins and arranged a lovely birthday surprise for a suitably embarrassed but happy 16 year old! Perfect trip from start to finish and as always with the peace of mind that Ben and Karen are on hand to assist if we need it, thank you!

Ben helped plan an amazing holiday across Malaysia and Indonesia for me and my family. He listened to what I hoped for and absolutely delivered, tailoring some details as we worked things through. We visited Borneo, Bali and Lombok, with various interesting experiences planned in and fantastic hotels to stay in. Ben and Karen were always available before and during the holiday, advising on every detail, doing our flight check ins, and supporting when needed. They also provided a brilliant app which gave us all details and also allowed me to post photos and comments each day, creating a storybook of our holiday. I would not hesitate in recommending Out of this World Travel to anyone.

Just back from a cruise around the Norwegian Fjords organised by Ben & Karen for 16 of us.

They have been able to coordinate and organise a party of 16 without no issues. That in itself is amazing!

My partner and I had the most relaxing break from start to finish. Steph managed to find us exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible m. She kept in touch and made sure she was available if we needed her. I will definitely be booking through Steph again.

Ben and Karen arranged our holiday to America (Orlando) for a family of 10. The villa we had was brilliant , organised two mini vans too. From beginning back in 2023 to May just gone, they kept us informed throughout the whole process and did it all for us . 100% recommended if you wish a holiday to go through without any hiccups along the way.

Ben and Karen have honestly both been great. Firstly looking for the right holiday was made so easy, all of my requests were accommodated. Even exceeded our expectations when we arrived, hotel was amazing!
From beginning to end Ben and Karen were available and frequently checking in making the process stress free as they had everything uploaded on the app, boarding passes arriving and returning all done✔️
Even had fasttrack passes as my son finds it difficult in large crowds.
The personal touches were so lovely.
A WHS voucher was sent for my son to get some treats at the airport, which was sent via the post, such a pleasant surprise to receive before the holiday. This really increased my son's excitement for the holiday.

Ben and Karen made the booking process so simple and effective. They met and exceeded all of our expectations. Checking us in online for our boarding passes whilst we was away was such a stress free process especially as some of us can’t get data in other countries… 100% recommend and will use again.

Ben, Amanda and Karen listened carefully to my requests regarding our holiday and myself and the family were all delighted with how our holiday turned out.

We had never been to Jersey before, but really felt that Amanda had researched our options thoroughly. This was born out by how perfectly our hotel, hire car, and even flights suited us.

The family agreed that it was exactly what we needed. And wouldn’t hesitate to use Ben and the team again.

Steph was super friendly, approachable and listened to our requests. She spent time talking through her findings and was not at all pressuring when we were deciding which holiday to go for.

After a long time spent browsing, I had lost the will to live with searching for a holiday that ticked all the boxes we were looking for as a family of 4.

Within a few days of contacting Steph & providing a brief outline of what we were hoping for, I’d been given a shortlist of a few suitable holidays, along with everything we needed to know about each destination.

Once we had decided which trip was for us, everything was booked, admin handled, check in’s to make sure all questions were answered before & during the holiday, and also a follow up call to make sure everything was as hoped for (which it exceeded).

Booking this way took the usual stress, time & overthinking/analysing out of planning a holiday, all with only a few weeks notice 👏🏼

Steph our agent went above & beyond what you would expect from a travel agent. Her communication was faultless, her timing was perfection and her honestly & professionalism was nothing short of first class service. I can not recommend her highly enough.

Thanks again to Ben who arranged my holiday to Costa Rica. As always I have the security of knowing that Ben and Karen have got my back 24 hours a day should you need them. Doesn’t matter about time difference they go above and beyond with sorting check in, and flight issyes. Costa Rica was truly amazing.
