Ben booked our Dubai trip - he’s exceptional. We enjoyed seamless travel and hospitality. Nothing was too much.

Well what an amazing, awesome and tremendous holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia organised by Ben and his team at OUT of this WORLD Travel. We can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish our experience was truly OUT of this WORLD. From the moment we contacted Ben to discuss our holiday to stepping off the plane after our holiday everything was wonderful. Truly a personal service which catered for all our needs and desires. The team kept in touch both pre holiday, during and after. Our hotels were sublime, the guides wonderful and we gained real insight into the culture of Vietnam and Cambodia which was exactly the brief we discussed with Ben. Thank you so much Ben and team for making our holiday so special and exciting. This is our second trip with OUT of this WORLD and we are already in discussion regarding our next trip. We want to sincerely thank (and highly recommend) Ben Casey, Karen Davies and all at Out of this World travel for helping us have the most wonderful break in Singapore and New Zealand.

They looked after everything for us - from working through the itinerary of the trip and sorting out the travel arrangements through to booking all our hotel accommodation and excursions. They were also on hand throughout our holiday should anything had gone wrong.

They are also great people too. Extremely helpful, professional and personable, they really helped us feel comfortable, confident and assured throughout. We both really felt special in all that they did for us, and all their work and effort was greatly appreciated. It was such a wonderful way to start our (early) celebrations for our 30th wedding anniversary.

Singapore and New Zealand are beautiful countries (especially New Zealand) and offer so much to the traveller. If you can - go and visit. We are sure you will have the time of your life. And, whether you are going there or anywhere else in the world, speak to Ben and Karen - they will make sure you have a wonderful time wherever you are travelling to.

Ben and his team booked international and internal flights to Singapore and Australia. They also chose first class hotels during our trip and a campervan which we used to do a 12 day tour from brisbane to cairns. All details were precise and made the whole experience stress free. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your travel. Excellent customer service 👍

I had no clue where to go for my family holiday, and felt a bit overwhelmed by all the choices in the world. Ben asked me what I wanted from my holiday and used this information to narrow the choices down to a couple of options. He also gave us a couple of hotel options, after knowing what was important to us in a resort & in a hotel. We decided on the Olympic Lagoon in Paphos and we had the best family holiday - it ticked every box we had - relaxing, great food, adventure, sightseeing. Thanks to Ben for all his patience with me!

I have had the pleasure of using Ben and his knowledge to arrange several tailor made holidays for us. The ones that come to mind are two fantastic 5 star Hotels and ski holidays in Val D'Isere and Mayrhofen for us and 15 friends and an amazing romantic week in St Lucia. We experienced the usual glitches you encounter and each time Ben stood up to the plate and got them fixed without any trouble at all. I cannot recommend him enough.

After a disastrous “big birthday” that fell in the year that must not be spoken of, 2020, I decided I deserved something a little special and wanted to book a short break away in early 2022 for my friend and I.

I spoke to Ben at Out of this World Travel about luxury holidays, giving him an idea of budget and ideal requirements (good weather, not a horrendously long flight, copious amounts of food and drink and a general “you’re a princess” vibe).

Ben sent through a variety of holidays – showing a breakdown of each one together with photos. He then spent time over a zoom call going through them all and giving the pro’s and con’s to help both me and my very indecisive friend make a decision.

Such a seamless, stress-free process and with buckets of patience, Ben is highly recommended! As the holiday drew nearer he was in contact with us, making sure everything ran smoothly, booking extras for us, checking us in and even arranging wine in the room for when we arrived!

Our holiday to Mauritius was most definitely 'out of this world'. I have never had such a smooth process getting me from my house, to the airport, through customs, and eventually to our destination.

Having a dedicated travel consultant/advisor and a dedicated Concierge manager to make sure everything goes swimmingly just knocks spots off the competition. These guys are often as competitive as going to a high street shop, if not cheaper, so you have absolutely nothing to lose by speaking with them, and everything to gain.
