Booked a cruise months ago. We are now on our 3rd "cruise specialist " and getting no support. If Azamara had not contacted us directly we may have lost out on airport transfers. No one from Panache contacted us nor forwarded the emails.

Jacob was our first point of contact with Panache cruises and from that initial email to finally booking our 1st Crystal cruise he was extremely helpful, friendly and very enthusiastic. Passing on heaps of knowledge that was both informative and backed up by several calls he made to the cruiseline on our behalf.
He managed to apply several cruise line offeres and extra perks to our booking which we wouldn't have received had we just booked direct with the cruiseline. Going forward, I will happily put my faith in Jacod to find us the best cruise package as we continue to explore the more luxury lines. Thanks again Jacob.

Prompt and efficient service. Our agent was called Lisa Buckley and she was excellent. She listened carefully and provided exactly the information we required. Although this was our first contact with Panache Cruises it will certainly not be the last. Highly recommended.
