Great service. Very helpful and understood our requirements to provide quote quickly that met all our needs including a good price.

Nicola went the extra mile to find us exactly what we wanted for our Douro river cruise. She always responded quickly, even when "out of office" and the process happened quite quickly because she listened and responded to what we wanted. Well done and thanks! (We just need to enjoy the cruise now!)

We were looking for our Luxury Holiday to celebrate my wife's 75th birthday and our friends recommended this Scandinavian Cruise by Cunard with Panache Cruises.
We contacted Panache and emailed Jill Hurst and the service she has given us has so far been first class.
We finalised our booking over a telephone call and all our questions were answered and requests sorted in a friendly manner and also the transport to Southampton arranged.

My initial inquiry to Panache Cruises was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Nicola was extremely helpful from the start and answered all my questions. Anything she was unsure about, she found out and got back to me very quickly.

Nicola was excellent to deal with when booking my first cruise with Silverseas. She was very informative and easy to call even when she wasn’t working she would get in touch if you needed anything.

Recently booked a Norwegian Cruise for next year, with the help of Jen Coombes and Kelsey Sutherland. This is my first time going on a cruise and their advice on what was available and suitable helped greatly when making the booking, and Kelsey also assisted further with customising an extra nights stay in Amsterdam before we set sail.
