Very happy with experience and assistance from Becky
Becky was extremely helpful and quickly provided information on cruises that met our time frame and requirements. Just booked my first river cruise with…
Just booked my first river cruise with Joe Hawkins . Joe was very informative and I am delighted with the service and the price of my cruise. The original flights did not suit us and it was no bother at all to Joe to find us alternative flights. We even received upgrades.

The Cruise Company who really do put Clients First!
I have used numerous travel agents but late last year I came across Panache Cruises as I received an offer from a third party. Now I will only use Panache Cruises.
From the very first telephone call, two trips and a third one just booked they have been faultless. Joe Hawkins, Henri Livesey and Wendy Mulholland have been outstanding agents. Nothing is too much bother. When, there have been questions or issues - Panache have acted on our behalf and contacted airlines, cruise providers and river companies just to ensure every question has been answered. They have ensured everything runs smoothly and just knowing there is someone you can trust at the end of the phone who will act on your behalf is wonderful. ie - Due to No Fault of Panache when the River Danube was too low to sail on - Panache ensured we received a full refund.

Travel With Panache!
As a rule we book vacations ourselves but on this occasion we browsed for a River Cruise agent and Panache popped up. We are very glad they did! We were able to contact Nicola ON A SUNDAY!!! Nicola promised to get us the information we required and call the next morning and she was good to her word. We were more than happy to book with Panache and look forward to them handling our cruise vacation(s). So far so VERY good.
