My family used Patricia Whites for over two years and had no problems if our carer was going on holiday we had a replacement booked by them so there was no break in care. We received excellent service from beginning to end ( mum passed away recently). I could not recommend them highly enough. Excellent staff and carers, thank you all from the Moran family.

So far have had a lovely experience working as a live out carer for Patricia White's! I have met some amazing clients and really enjoyed the work. The ladies in the office, Avril, Gemma and Jessica are helpful and supportive, it has been a pleasure to work for the company and look forward to continuing to work for Patricia White's.

I am carer and the work we do is valuable in our society. We care for the vulnerable in the comfort of their own homes. We have to give more than 100% and go beyond our call of duty. Patricia White treat their carers with the dignity and respect they deserve. Not all agencies do this.

I have been a carer for more than a decade and the experience I have had ever since I have joined Patricia White's is extremely rewarding. They do care about clients and carers in equal measure. Which is crucial for both parties. I feel valued, respected, and my professional opinion regarding the welfare of my clients is truly listened and supported.

The ladies in the office, especially Avril and Gemma are always on the barricades, both for the clients as well as the carers. Extremely professional, caring, going above and beyond to find the best care solution for everybody. They have always been there for my clients and myself , highly supportive in extremely difficult situations, both professionaly, as well as personal.

Patricia White's approach to care is quite rare amongst the myriad of agencies I worked with, because they put the Human and Humane factor at the forefront of finding the best care plan for their clients. They do understand in a profound way that this can only be done when needs are not only met but also anticipated. By listening, really listening, both to clients as well as carers' suggestions.

The world of care is complex. It takes a Lot of Mind, Soul and Conscience to be able to provide Real Care. And it takes people who truly understand that. Am happy that here, at Patricia White's , we can do that. With freedom, passion and deeply humane understanding and approach. When I will reach an age when I might need care, Patricia White's will be my choice.

I can honestly say that being part of the team as a carer it's really something that I'm proud of. Talking from experience they really take care of their clients and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patricia White.

Patricia Whites is in my opinion the best agency on the British market (or at least one of the best). The reason I say that is because they are competent in their field of private care; they screen their carers thoroughly to make sure the clients will have the best experience; they are polite, friendly and fast! I couldn’t recommend them more. If your parent or someone you know needs hourly care or live in care, then you shouldn’t think twice but contact them!
