The system doesn't work, the phone number given doesn't connect to anything and you can't go collect your parcel without arranging it's collection.

This company should not be operating they fail to deliver on time trying to track an item is impossible as they do not update information as for ringing them to lodge an enquiry forget it pathetic is the only polite way of putting Avoid post haste couriers if you want to get your item on time book a carrier pigeon

Can't be any worse. I have little to no idea where the heck my parcels might be now. And I got a package delivered at my door that wasn't mine at all!

This is the worst company dosn't have proper Track and Trace

Constantly terrible service from this company. I live in an apartment, they don't bother to get access to our mail delivery room as other couriers do, they don't bother to contact the client when non-delivery happens, don't ring, don't leave card and the client is left in the dark to sort deliveries 8-10 days out. Not good enough. I would never enlist you to deliver my goods.

Delivery was lat and once it had arrive the driver just chuck the products on the floor even though i was sitting right there on my desk. Complete disregard for the product

Not happy with the service you provide very slack on delivery still waiting since the 20th of July it is now the 24th of July and your a day late whats going on do I gotta come and pick it up myself

Horrible service. Ordered something for overnight delivery. A driver has been off so they said oh you won't get it until next week. That's disgusting. And the girl on the phone just laughed. If you only have one diver for my area, how about getting a temp so people actually get the stuff they bloody paid for.

PURE SLACK! Having a tracking number and they cant track your parcel? One person tells you one thing the other tells u a different story, tried picking my parcel up instead they don't know where it is, pure rubbish! -10

Extremely Frustrating Experience with PostHaste Delivery Service

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with the PostHaste delivery service, which was assigned to handle my online purchase that I made through a trusted platform. In the past, the delivery was always handled by NZ Post, and they were consistently on time with precise updates. However, this time, PostHaste took over the delivery process, and everything went downhill from there.

Despite the expected delivery date approaching, I received no updates from PostHaste regarding the status of my package. Growing concerned, I decided to track the parcel myself, only to discover that it had been handed over to PostHaste instead of NZ Post. The tracking history showed multiple failed delivery attempts, and the parcel was being held at the PostHaste depot.

I made numerous phone calls to their customer service, but to my dismay, I was trapped in an endless loop of recorded voices, never able to reach a human representative. Feeling frustrated, I sent an email expressing my concerns and seeking assistance. However, I received no reply for two days. Finally, I sent another email, and after waiting anxiously, I received a response that stated, "Apologies for the delayed response. We no longer have this item; it has been returned back to Global Logistics."

The lack of communication and the decision to return the item without any attempt to contact me beforehand was deeply disappointing. PostHaste had my phone number and email address, yet they failed to utilize these means of communication to inform me of the situation. As a customer, I expected better service and more proactive communication from a professional delivery company.

This experience with PostHaste has left me feeling frustrated, inconvenienced, and disappointed. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can be cautious when relying on PostHaste for their deliveries.

In conclusion, I urge PostHaste to improve their communication channels and customer service practices. Proactive updates, better accessibility to human representatives, and considering customers' preferences before making decisions can go a long way in enhancing their reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction.

A package has been waiting in my post box to be picked up for 7 weeks. Post Haste say they couldn't find the address, that they found the box locked, that they phoned.
It's hard to see these "reasons" as anything but lies, I would never use Post Haste again.

Get a email saying attempted delivery.

We were home lazy sonso drove straight past. Happen 3 more times in the week.

Go pick up my stuff and the give me different parcels that haven't been delivered. Not the ones I wanted to collect in the first place

Lady at the counter is all oh I'm.sure the made every effort blah blah..

Pitty really may need to change the company's i use if they don't up their game..

Not good enough

Received an email saying my parcel has been delivered so went to the local rural post office in Roxburgh Otago and is not there, called Queenstown Post Haste and was told my parcel was delivered to Ettrick Otago and to give Dunedin Post Haste a call and they would be able to ring the driver and find out why it was posted to Ettrick, so I called Dunedin Post Haste and tried to explain what happened and she was rude and said "just let me stop you there" she said give me the tracking number and after giving her the number she said it has been delivered to your local rural post office. I told her it was not there and why would the girl from Queenstown tell me it had been dropped off at Ettrick? she was rude and said "I don't know I don't even know who you talked to at Queenstown. She didn't even bother to check with the driver. Rude customer service.

They made me pay for a 2day service and whn I called thm and said how come I cn get stuff sent frm overseas faster thn u cn deliver frm nz to nz they took my parcel and nw they say they cnt find it and tht it wasn't picked up frm thm whn I have the proof watch out for there theifing company ways

Phoned Posthaste to ask where my parcel was after waiting 2 weeks! They didn't know! The parcel was coming from a suburb 10 kms down the road from me! Posthaste was going to send the company a claim form which they never did. The parcel turned up the next day!

They seem to be the worse for service in NZ, never deliver on they day they say, only use them if there is no option

worse service I've ever had ,do yourself a favor don't use there service , avoid the stress

as my package sat in staff members office ,for four days before acted apon correctly ,

better too use a company with a good customer service record

Post Haste is not a delivery compay, they are couriers.
This means they will pick up your parcel and couier it around the country for weeks before you are told to pick it up from a town 2 hours away.
If you try to contact them you will be, helpfully, allow you to listen to a ringing tone for as long as you like before it becomes unbearable.
I think this is best summed up by a slogan used by another "courier company" that likes to paint kookie signs on their big blue trucks....
"It is not the destination but the journey that counts"
I will use them next time my fridge decides to take a South Island tour.

I only live in Lowerhutt. My parcel is at the Wellington post haste. It's been sitting there since 21.04.2023 it is now the 28th and it's still "delayed 🤦‍♀️ communication is bad!! was told it had moved from wellington to lowerhutt. But nothing on the tracker. And it's still taking this long . Looks like I'll get it next week or the week after . Who knows. I might walk into the wellington place today!!

Asking about tracking...was told it's been transferred to another company...I got annoyed and asked how am I supposed to track my item now and was told "will you f%$#fen let me talk" as I was talking.
I admit that I lost the plot a little when I was told that it now had a different tracking number but I never used abusive language, she never apologized for swearing when I confronted her over it.
I asked to talk to her manager she said that there isn't one.
Not impressed.
