I would like to express my gratitude to the team at safetots. The online help when making my purchase was brilliant it was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend there company. The safety gate I bought a couple of years ago is still working well but I needed to extend the gate the team where able to match my product and send a link to purchase extensions which I have done just awaiting delivery.

I accidentally ordered a gate that was the wrong size after I measured incorrectly and I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t fitting so I phoned up and wasn’t waiting long before someone answered. James was extremely helpful explaining to me I had made a mistake and helped me find a different one that will fit the space. Being able to phone and speak to someone directly for any issues or questions is fantastic and also very quick replies through WhatsApp. I ordered a new one after the help and it was dispatched in less than an hour after I placed the order.
Overall very quick with delivery and excellent customer service I definitely recommend

The Safetots Top Of Stairs Wooden Safety Gate I bought was delivered promptly, and when installed, I was really impressed with the safety because it was strong wood construction, which could be screwed to the wall, child-proof latching, with no trip hazard bottom bar that other gates have. Very good quality and value, thank you

Do not order from this company they have been shocking from start to finish, I ordered 2 baby gates to stop my child going up and down the stairs (so very important) I was told 1-2 delivery it’s been 8 days I’ve still not received and they’re saying the courier can’t find my address. But I have things delivered here all the time by 10s of different companies. Terrible service don’t waste you time.

For product quality and customer service, absolutely a deserving 5 Stars. Flexible options available with the room dividers and gates, and they seem sturdy and easy to assemble. One pack arrived with incorrect pieces, but this was sorted easily via customer services. Some courier issues in picking up the incorrect pieces did cause some frustration, but Morgan at SafeTots was so helpful and sorted an alternative. Would thoroughly recommend.

Customer service supplied incorrect advice in advance of purchase which meant the product would not fit. Upon contacting them following delivery, they were unhelpful and refused to accept responsibility. Seemed to talk rubbish to mask over what they had done wrong or they were simply not very bright.

I originally reached out using the WhatsApp service with a query, not only was I recommended the product which would fit, this was linked and even given descriptions with pictures of measurements to understand how the gate would look. We have several messages back and forth which was so helpful. The website is easy to use and I was so impressed with delivery, so quick. The gate is a perfect fit, great quality and so simple to install and put together thanks to the videos provided on the instructions leaflet. After trying several gates from other companies that mention extensions and fitting gaps - none of them did. This gate however is the perfect fit for my awkward stairs and after ordering 8 different gates from other companies, I was accepting defeat and come across this one last but I’m so glad this one fits!!

I was originally overwhelmed with choice on website but, I didn't need to be. WhatsApp customer support were excellent, taking the required measurements and advising what panels I required. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a really specific part to replace one that had broken on our baby gate. Via WhatsApp they very quickly identified the part I needed and sent me the link to order it. So simple and saved me a lot of time and money trying to source it elsewhere

Really good to be able to discuss stair gate options via WhatsApp as there is a bewildering array of options. I had a bottom step coming out from the wall and a bannister on the other side so I thought it would be awkward but they helped me narrow it down. I simply gave Safetots pictures, they asked for some measurements using annotation and were then able to provide options. They even created a basket for a multi panel solution. Very professional.

Nicola was amazing. I sent them a photo of my stairs to the WhatsApp and they came back with suggestions. They then asked for measurements and put everything I needed in the basket. So incredibly easy and what an amazing service.

I had a problem with a gate that was a couple of years old, the team at Safetots responded really well and rapidly to provide some replacement parts which seem to have fixed the issue. Thanks particularly to Morgan and Peter for their help.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Helped to fast-track an order that *just* missed the express delivery deadline, which was then received by lunchtime the next day. Then helped to address a minor issue with the order, organising the rapid replacement of a part.

Great products. When I needed to arrange a return of duplicate items I’d ordered, Morgan was very quick to respond helpfully and had really excellent communication throughout and has they have made me more likely to buy from Safetots again in the future.

Placed our order for a fire guard which unfortunately Yodel didn’t deliver, I contacted Safetots; they responded immediately and sent out another fire guard on a 24hr delivery. They checked its progress every step of the way. It was delivered as promised. Nicola was AMAZEBALLS! Super service and product. Can’t praise them highly enough 🤩
