Les compré en su web otra barrera que se ajustaba mejor y funciona perfectamente. Los materiales de ambas barreras son de buena calidad.

I ordered a baby gate. From the moment I placed the order to the moment I received the product, I felt like a VIP. Working with David was great. Professional and courteous. The gate was installed. It's just a shame the fittings are white (for the black gate). But I received word from the company that they'll consider it.

As always a fantastic service and the best stair gates on the market. The quality and reliability of these gates and their individual components is second to none.
Customer service is excellent , always a quick response and extremely helpful for individual needs. A special mention for Amy in customer service for her support I made mistakes ordering and Amy sorted it for me immediately.

I recently ordered a new gate for my kitchen (as my dog had chewed up the original, also bought from Safetots several years ago, when he was a puppy) and a new hinge bracket for the gate on my staircase.
I ordered over the phone, as I'm not a fan of online shopping and Safetots representative, Amy, was very helpful and efficient dealing with my order.
The new stairgate was delivered within a couple of days.
An excellent Company to deal with and very good customer service.

After looking for weeks for the specific size gate I needed, I couldn't find it anywhere. I emailed Safetots and Amy (Timmins) informed me it was out of stock but due for delivery early August. She placed me on a waiting list and emailed me straight away when it came into stock earlier than expected. This was superb customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use Safetots again. Such a personal experience!

DO NOT BUY! As can be seen by the heading on Safetots page on Trustpilot, they’re displaying their reviews in a way which is against Trustpilot guidelines - warning number one! I purchased a gate with a £7 delivery fee (fine). I then needed to return the gate and was unknowing charged £10 (!!!!!!!!!!) to return the item. I am therefore out of pocket by £17, and in this financial climate, that is a lot of money. Extremely poor and dishonest customer service.

I’ve made a purchase twice from this seller . The items came in time , nice quality , really trustworthy seller .
When they didn’t have the color I needed the seller contacted me and offer other options which worked for me as well.
Highly recommend !

This was my second purchase from safetots. Quality is great. This time I needed some help finding the right solution to an awkward opening. I used the WhatsApp chat, they were very quick to respond gave me options and helped me right down to giving me the exact link and items I would need. Highly recommend.

Just purchased some pet pen panels for our two new pups the panels were of the highest quality and easy to put together and make a very sturdy safe area for them
I ordered too many, no problem they were collected the following day as promised by Amy who gave me great back up service which is just as important as the quality of the pens themselves wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Safe Tots again, keep up the great work Amy and thanks again

We needed to find a part for a stairgate for my daughter, i made contact with the customer service dept and found them very helpful and prompt. Amy and James found the part we needed and dispatched it straight away, del was the next day. Stairgate all up and running again, thank you for your good service

I've made a few purchases from Safetots recently as my son has just stated toddling and everything now looks dangerous to him or expensive to fix for me!

The products are all high quality and I feel good value for money. Delivery has been fast.

What has really made the difference though is the excellent customer support. In my rush to safe the house I've mis-ordered and they have handled the returns process efficiently and without fuss.

Also just really nice to have a friendly and helpfull person on the end of a phone.

Just had another great customer service from Safetots, with a special call out to Amy Timmins who immediately knew what I needed and was able to support perfectly. Amy keep up the great work ;-)

I had to return an item but, thanks to the prompt actions of both Zoe and Amy, what could have been a trying experience went extremely well. The first company assigned to collect the return, Yodel, arranged by Zoe, did not make the collection which had been arranged. However, a quick email to Amy was enough to get another collection arranged, this time with DHL, who made the collection well within time. All this was done inside 48 hours thanks to the promptness of both Zoe and Amy. A pleasure to see such wonderful customer service in this day and age.

Amy was super helpful and advised us over email, and by using photos of our fire, on what fire guard panels would be required. It made ordering very simple. I would highly recommend.

I needed a spare part for a stair gate unfortunately I was sent the wrong item.
The reason I have given 5stars is I contacted Safetots with my query James replied to me immediately saying sorry for the mishap and at the time of writing this review my new part is on the way to me.

I have used Safetots twice to purchase stairgates. On both occasions the service was excellent, with the items well packaged and very prompt delivery.

I purchased the BabyDan FlexiFit stairgate. This is a good product and, as the name suggests, allows for a range of fitting and adjustability, including fitting on an angle. Despite the plastic fittings, I would recommend. The instructions could be improved.

To aid fitting on a wall with a thick skirting board, I also purchased the Safetots wall spacer kit which was exactly what was required.

I contacted Safetots with a product query and their response was prompt and helpful. Many thanks to Hayley.

Really helpful guidance over WhatsApp to find a stairgate for a tricky staircase. Amy was very helpful.

I needed a stairgate to stop my new dog getting out the front door and up the stairs in my hallway, but it wasn’t an easy shape. Amy was so helpful and designed it and it fitted perfect so happy with it. I’m pleased I had the taller one so I am confident he won’t jump over it. It
