Absolutely fantastic experience with safetots. Very quick to reply to messages. I sent through dimensions and they recommended exactly what I would need and added it to a basket to save any hassle. Product arrived on time and looks fantastic.

Good communication and advice given when sought

The actual fire guard is fine, although not very strong when you start having to combine panels - my 11 month old stands up and grabs it and the whole thing wobbles. This is mainly to do with the poor quality and design of the brackets. They are very flimsy. We have had to improvise and drill the actual panel onto a piece of wood and then onto the brick wall in order to make safe and secure.

Brilliant assistance and easy to install

We have just purchased two wooden safety gates unbelievably quick delivery particularly in December ...Product is great quality and super easy instructions even a template for marking the screw holes. Previously purchased a metal modular fire guard again superior quality and admired by many guests it looks right round the stove Great customer service when I rang for advice ... Don't change anything this company is a market leader . thank you the Robertshaws of Hoddlesden.

Superb customer service
My order 000174212 was placed on Wednesday pm delivered Thursday am. One section missing, contacted customer services. They apologised, arranged for replacement to be dispatched. They followed this up Thursday afternoon and the delivery was here Friday am. I am delighted with the fire surround it’s well made, easily assembled and is exactly as described. But the level of customer service was exceptional.

I highly recommend Safe tots. Good product that is easy to install and outstanding customer service. We had an issue with the locking part of the gate and a new one was sent to us in a day or so. Very pleased with their team.

Great product and buying process. Before ordering I had a query with the options which was responded to, late at night, within the hour. I was able to build the design to perfectly fit my fireplace.
The order arrived much sooner than anticipated in perfect condition.
We went for the natural wood gate which looks really nice and goes well with our house. Great experience all round.

I had a tricky top of steps turn which could not be addressed by a regular stairgate. I used Safetots 15 minute free consultancy and following exchange of a couple of photographs a diagonal stairgate was suggested which I was able to pick up that same day. I needed some additional input from Safetots to work out how to fit to the situation and this is now in very successfully. Great product and great customer service. First class customer experience.

Great customer service. We were missing an item from quite a large delivery but after reaching out to Safetots, James replied within the hour and organised an express delivery for the missing item right away. Thank you for the prompt communication and action.

I identified the wooden gate I needed on Amazon, but was pleased to see it was much cheaper, even with delivery, when ordered directly from Safetots. I was initially concerned as the box that arrived indicated a narrower gate that I ordered, but a small sticker on the back indicated that the extension parts would be found inside the package. (I would suggest making that information more obvious, as I nearly rejected the delivery). The gate was really easy to assemble, with very clear instructions, and is very well made. It is easy to open one-handed, and closes very securely.

Bought the £100+ fire guard and was a little dubious due to the trust pilot warning particularly when I broke a pole on assembly (I'd argue due to poor instructions)
However they responded on WhatsApp immediately and send me a new pole free of charge.
Excellent product and excellent customer service

The product wasn’t delivered after I got a shipping confirmation, after ten days I emailed them and they offered to ship it express delivery, I confirmed, they then didn’t reply at all to any further emails and didn’t ship the product so I still don’t have it. Would not recommend at all. Shame as the product would have been useful and now I have to find another stair gate that does what I need it to.

I bought a narrow dog gate and one of the pieces needed to be replaced so I called the company; firstly, I just waited less than a minute before someone answered and that someone, Amy, was just fantastic! She listened to my issue attentively and clearly outlined the best course of action to have the part replaced and my problem solved. It did not end there though as I used the chance to ask a couple of questions and Amy went beyond what was required to answer them and help me. Fantastic customer service! I highly recommend this company!

The "Putaway" wooden high chair, bought direct from Safetots, arrived very promptly and in secure packaging (though a move away from polystyrene padding would be welcome). The quality of the chair is excellent, only minimal assembly was required to screw on the additional feet, and the finished chair is rock solid. Very pleased to have a natural wood chair which is an enhancement of our dining room rather than an intrusive metal and plastic one. Full marks to Safetots for design excellence and a beautiful finish!

Bought the wooden pentagon playpen. Reasonable price and great quality. Easy to put together but instruction manual lacked info on how to angle the panels. All in all i would highly recommend this product as it's highly customisable and therefore future proof! Really happy with this purchase.

I have some unusual sizing for stair gates - needed to have a safe place for grandkids!

We have an awkward area at the top of our stairs that needed a customisable stair gate as no out of the box option would work. I was worried that I would end up having to buy multiple different solutions before finding one that worked.

Amy was brilliant at suggesting a solution and recommended the products I needed, being particularly helpful with all the measurements needed to make sure I got the right fit. The result was stair gate that fits perfectly and was fairly straightforward to install. Highly recommend!

We love the playpen, our daughter can roam around easily and safely. A well crafted and very aesthetically pleasing design too. Also have to compliment the a customer service team, very quick response to our questions.
