I needed a stairgate to stop my new dog getting out the front door and up the stairs in my hallway, but it wasn’t an easy shape. Amy was so helpful and designed it and it fitted perfect so happy with it. I’m pleased I had the taller one so I am confident he won’t jump over it. It

I contacted Safetots via Whatsapp, looking for a specific product, which was out if stock.
An hour after contacting them, I recieved a message saying the product I needed had been re-stocked and asking if ide like a direct link to purchase the item.

As I have previously purchased this product, I have no doubt the delivery & quality of the item will be excellent.

This company has the best customer service I've ever come across. Ordering online was easy with swift confirmation of dispatch. Safetots is an excellent company to deal with. Amy was particularly helpful in a WhatsApp chat giving extremely good advice on the gate and extension panels needed for our difficult staircase.
My order arrived within 24 hours as standard delivery.
Although I encountered some problems (regarding the staircase not the products) they were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
I highly recommend Safetots.

We bought a stairgate and it was delivered very quickly, unfortunately although the assembly instructions were very clear I broke one component when trying to assemble it and called the helpline who replaced the part for free and it was delvered the next day. Could not have been more helpful.

The baby gates we ordered arrived and the box said not to be used for babies / children! The customer service representative I spoke to was unhelpful, she seemed very concerned about covering the companies liability and not very concerned about addressing the actual issue.

I needed to find some replacement parts for a broken baby gate. I found the parts at a reasonable price, ordered them, received what I ordered. I'm happy with it.

Brilliant customer service, couldn’t fault it! I needed advice on the right size and shape of guard for our log burner and making it safe to use with my boisterous 2-year old boy climbing everything. I used their WhatsApp service to send photos & measurements and they identified the best fit. Ordered and delivered within 24 hours of that conversation. Just installing it now which couldn’t be simpler and it looks fab too! Most importantly it gives me peace of mind that my son can’t hurt himself now or as he grows up. Thanks so much Safetots!

We received first class service from Miss Timmins. Friendly and clearly familiar with the items we were purchasing, adding further advice which made our choices much easier to make.

Excellent value for money, and the best service ever. We've had lots of baby gates, for children and now grandchildren. These are by FAR the best. We also have an awkward space: oval wood burning stove in a corner by a window. The rep helped me measure the space, consulted on safety (which I would have gotten wrong), and when I was still confused, got on the phone to get it right. Set-up was 15 minutes (took me almost as long to open the shipping box) and the gate is SOLID. If your baby is worth a tenner get your gate at the discount store. If she's your whole world, call these guys.

It’s great that there’s a telephone number to use and someone actually rang me back! Amy has been patient and helpful over a purchase that can be a bit tricky for a beginner. I also like that there are useful associate add ons such as a ramp for top stairs which hadn’t crossed my mind at all. Can’t wait for them to arrive and put everyone’s mind at rest, many thanks again.

I found the staff at safe tots to be very helpful and efficient. I had a query about how to purchase an extra wide gate and all of my questions were answered quickly. The gate arrived within a few days and was very good quality. I would highly recommend Safetots.

Safetots have been great to deal with, be it pre or post-sale. Site is easy and simple to use upon placing and order. Once the item arrived, about 2 weeks later we realised it was not needed. This was no issue based on their 365 day no questions asked policy. Amy Timmins in particular supported me with my return. She was very quick to respond with any questions I had regarding the return and even offered to send out an alternate courier as the original was having issues based on adverse weather conditions. Amy was very courteous, clear on her explanations and a pleasure to deal with. Although we've returned our gate on this occasion out of choice, from the service alone it is likely that we will use Safetots again. Thanks!

I bought safety gates from Safetots and needed a replacement part,I emailed and received a very quick response from a lady called Amy who can I say was extremely helpful and polite and dealt with my query immediately.I am very happy with Amy’s customer service and would definitely recommend the company as the safety gates was lovely value for money

Initially a problem with the courier and I emailed Safetots to enquire about my delivery. Amy was first class, she responded immediately, arranged replacement gate and it was delivered next day. The customer care of this company was excellent and would recommend to everyone.
Would also say that the stair gate I order is also of excellent quality with easy to read instructions- didn’t even need help to install 🤗.

We were looking into baby gates when our little one started crawling. As the stairs' setting was quite tricky I didn't want to go and buy something blindly, therefore I contacted Safetots. Hayley and Zoe were amazing assiting me as they were happy to figure out the best option based on photos I'd sent via email. And although we had one part of the stairs purchased incorrectly, they were kind and prompt in helping us return the incorrect one and replace it with the proper one.

Would definetely recommend to whoever is in search of a proper baby stair/door gate, as the suggestions will be tailored to the needs of each family.

A lovely lady from safetots answered my emails today , she talked me through how to take the the best measurements for a extended baby gate , always quick to reply , and sent me the link for the best gate for me

I ordered a bed rail from safetots which after a bit of back and forth with the company due to some small damage in delivery and an issue with postage I was very pleased with the item and the customer service. Satisfied customer.
