Ordered play den, when assembled it was extremly unstable. My 6 month old could push the walls with ease.

Just purchased the doggy playpen from safetots and couldn't be happier! All the process was really smooth and Amy Timmins was such an amazing help assisting with all the bureaucratic stuff regarding the international shipping.
Although we had to search the instructions online (because there were none on the packaging), the playpen is super easy to assemble, without need of screws or any other tools. It is also really sturdy, we're really excited to put it to use on our summer vacations.

We paid for express delivery but our gate was despatched too late for our handyman to fit it & it has been 3 months before he had time to return.
The chunky wooden screw fix gate is so flimsy & poorly designed that it was no surprise that one of the brackets has ripped out of the wall.
It was replacing a cheap metal baby gate that we've had for 3 years but I've put that back up again.

THIS COMPANY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME, AND I WOULD HAPPILY BUY FROM THEM ANYTIME. AMY WAS AMAZINGLY HELPFUL. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.

Amy was super helpful. I bought the amazing circular play pen ages ago. But when storing away lost one part out of it. Messaged them and asked if had any spare not even 24hrs later I have the spare part being sent out to me. Amazing customer service. Will definitely buy more products from safetots. Thank you amy you've saved me having to buy a complete new one.

I ordered a safety gate via Amazon, sadly the fittings were missing. I contacted safetots directly, initially they couldn’t find my order and then realising it was ordered through Amazon was the reason it couldn’t be found. I dealt with Amy Timmings who said this wasn’t a problem but could I drop an email to them. This done and hey presto delivery of the missing parts were delivered the next day. Now that’s what I call customer service. Well done Amy

I ordered the wrong size stair gate and needed it changed. I rang safe tots and Amy helped me to not only find the right stair gate for me but also cancel and refund my first order before it was sent out. Amy was so helpful from start to finish.

I recently bought a product from Safetots and they have had provided the most wonderful customer service throughout.
They quickly and happily helped me to resolve an issue with the delivery and then when I realised (after much debate ) that the product wasn’t quite right Amy was so kind and helpful in organising the return.

Amy was absolutely great, helping me with two super specific requests in record time. She even took the time to make annotations on a picture I had send in to clarify what safety gates would be best suited for our property - all in probably the fastest I've seen a customer service team reply to my emails.

Products arrived as advertised, fast, and were easy to install. Our new home is now safer, even despite some tricky tight corners and steps.

Ordered 4 chunky wooden gates and babydan banister protector kits. Ordering was simple and delivery was speedy. Unfortunately, the wrong colour was sent and we had to contact safetots to arrange exchange. Amy was very helpful and arranged collection/delivery with no complications and we’re now very happy. The gates are great quality, sturdy and secure and look fantastic. The banister protectors take time to install so I’m still working my way down the staircase, installing one gate at a time! Very happy with our choice. Thank you for great service and product :)

I was unsure on what I needed to fit around an awkward space at the bottom of my stairs so I emailed the customer service team for advice.
Amy was great, she advised on what would work based on the size / shape of my space and sent links to the products I needed.

I purchased the wooden room divider, the panels are easily put together, I little more tricky to pull apart but that’s probably a good thing!
I can now contain my twins to one area and know they are safe. Such a game changer!

I urgently needed to contain my dog after a diagnosis of a slipped disk and needed a good product immediately. I phoned to the office and was assured that my pen would ship that night with Yodel as the courier. It did and I had full confidence in the shipment getting to me asap. Arrived next day and assembled. Very good solid construction very pleased. The design had flexibility plus no horizontal bars for the dog to use to go on his hind legs. Great product well packed. Fast service.
