Delighted with my Safetots fire guard, it's sturdy, easy to assemble and easy to adapt the size if necessary.

Had a little issue with sizing but the customer service was excellent and everything was sorted out quickly.

For anyone ordering a fire guard please note that the "Fits up to xxcm" measurement given on the website is the full width of the guard from outside edge to outside edge, this will help you choose the correct size.

Absolutely exceptional service, I emailed Wednesday evening about the latch I needed for our stairgate. I received an email back within minutes from Amy who found the part I needed and sent it for dispatch. I received the latch Friday morning! Couldn't want for better service. I will without doubt be using Safetots again in the future!

Safetots products are well built and their customer service is second-to-none. We've had a room divider in our nursery for 5 years, which is now missing a nut. So I’m going to start a 5 star review with my experience of an issue I encountered. I ordered an extra wide and tall gate from Safetots to fit in my garage to contain my dog. On the day it arrived the side sections were 73cm high whereas the gate was 100cm. I phoned Safetots and spoke with Amy who immediately recognised the error and asked me to send a couple of photos. Within minutes she’d replied enquiring when I was free to receive a replacement. I gave my availability and again within minutes she emailed to say the replacement would be with me the following day, which it was. So, mistakes happen in every company. It’s how that company, and its staff, respond when they occur that counts. Well done Amy.

Ordered 2 baby gates online after researching various types. Unfortunately had an issue with yodel their courier who claimed to have left it at our address but the photo was not of our house and we were never able to find them. Despite this, I’m still giving Safetots a 5 star review as their customer service was excellent in helping us try and get to the bottom of this, and eventually issuing a full refund with no qualms. Would recommend this company.

Easy to order, swift delivery. I mentioned in a review that the item was faulty and wasn't looking for any action to be taken.Hayley picked up on the comment and contacted me directly. After sending through two photos a replacement set of high chair straps were delivered to me by 24 hour post. Excellent customer service. Can thoroughly recommend Safetots.

I was in desperate need of a stairgate but the bannisters on our stairs were so tricky, I just couldn’t understand how we could make them work! I used the Whatsapp service to ask for some advice and got through to Amy who was incredible! After sending a couple of photos and some measurements, she had sent me multiple options of what would work and then linked me to the exact products I needed. During packing, a piece we needed was missed off and I got back in touch and Amy immediately got the item sent out on express delivery. I couldn’t fault her or the company and was so impressed by that level of customer service! The products are great, exactly what we needed and our stairs are finally safe!

I was looking for a fireguard to specific dimensions without much luck on various sites.
Thought I should e mail Safetots with my requirements having again not found any suitable. In no time at all I was contacted by Amy Timmins who sent me a link to specific items which would combine together to get required size and relevant costs. Looked good so I bought it, delivered two days later. Fitted in an hour prior to grandsons arrival for sleepover.

I ordered a fire surround from Safetots on 5th November 2023. Had a bit of a hiccup regarding delivery and sent an emai to them on 10th November. I got a reply within a couple of hours from Amy who said that the fire surround should be with us within the next 48 hours. It was actually delivered to us on 11th November. Amy replied quickly and kept me informed. The fire surround looks great. Thank you.

Great customer service
I purchased a cover for the toddler bed rail, was sent the wrong size so I emailed them. Promptly received a reply from Amy, with a solution: keep it and we'll send you the correct one asap. I'm not expecting this level of customer service anymore, so it was a very pleasant surprise.

How customer service should be; I made 2 orders with these the first one went off with out a hitch the second ordered on the the 7th with 2-3 days is hadn’t arrived on the 10th and the courier’s tracking still had it with the supplier but they confirmed they had shipped it. I emailed the safetots at 16:40 on a Friday and was amazed to receive a reply with in minutes from Amy, with in minutes she had arranged a replacement order to be shipped that evening while the investigation with the courier was conducted. Service that’s very rare these days. Thanks again.

A further note on the fire guard I purchased it’s great and much better than the cheaper ones available, the gate makes loading/ cleaning the log burner easy.

Great product and excellent customer service.

I wanted to double check that I was buying the right extension for my stair gate so I used the live chat service, which was WhatsApp. I found it so useful, I was able to screenshot the website and then take photos of my stair gate and send them through. Amy was very helpful with her responses.
