Very good experience
We asked for quotes from 3 local firms. One of them was rejected as soon as the initial visit was made. The other two were very close and we ended up choosing Sidey because they gave us the best suggestion to resolve a particular problem that we had. The delivery and installation were all straightforward. We were warned well in advance of a week postponement of the start date so their communication with us was also really good. All in all, I would use them again.

Full marks
Full marks! Communication was excellent from start to finish, the dates for survey and installation were honoured, the quality of the product is high, and the snagging/remedial work was done promptly and without question. The installation team was quietly efficient and every scrap of rubbish was cleared. We have used Sidey on several occasions n recent years and have found them to be consistently good on all fronts. Would highly recommend the company.

Outstanding service!
What a wonderful experience from start to finish.! Had a new front door installed on my Victorian property, designed and installed without a single problem!
Instillation was excellent.. never been so happy having work carried out in my home.
The end result was out of this world.
10/10 for the Sidey team.
Definitely recommend and will definitely use the company again!

Everyone I had to speak to were very helpful
Everyone I had to speak to were very nice and helpful from start to finish. The installation went well. The team arrived promptly, covered all the carpets they had to walk on, made a lovely job installing the window and cleaned up before leaving. The window is good quality.

Excellent service from Sidey Windows
From start to finish Sidey gave a great service. The initial visit by Kevin was very thorough and professional and everything was explained in great detail. The installation surveyor Campbell took all the measurements and was very professional. The actual installation works carried out by Scott O, Scotte and Ed was done with great care and attention to detail. The floors were protected by dust sheets and the works were cleaned up continuously as the works progressed. The finished window installation was excellent . Well done Scott O and his team. I would highly recommend Sidey and have done so already to my friend. Keep up the good professional work.

New Door
Had a new door fitted. Service was good throughout the process. The fitters worked efficiently and tidied up before they left. A small issue with some of the sealant was rectified promptly

New door and side panel
Well stocked showroom, knowledgeable staff, experienced and very competent installers. Any changes or queries were dealt with efficiently. Notified immediately at installation that drip bar was dented and appointment was made to have replaced.

Absolutely appauling the workmanship…
Absolutely appauling the workmanship and fitting of windows. 3 years down the line the windows are rusting and sitting full of water. I personally would take my business elsewhere.

Front Door & 2 Windows (for attic)
Sidey recently replaced my weather beaten front door with a new composite door and decorated side glass panels. I'm very happy with the end result which has transformed my door entrance. On the same day, they also installed 2 tilt and turn windows in my attic and again, did a great job. I would have no hesitation in using Sidey again.
